The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Our Church was entertaining a Pastor from Ukraine; We got Pastor A and his father a double room at this hotel. The hotel was putting down new carpet; all the rooms were dusty inside, the hallways had workers in them hammering and making noise. When we went to check the pastor and his father out of this Extended Stay America the hotel would not give a refund of the balance of the 4 nights that had been paid in advance on an expedia reservation site; the pastor was speaking at several churches in the area and checked in early but could not sleep because of the noise and dust... I will never stay at an Extended stay ever again in life; Our organization will never book rooms at this Extended Stay for guest who are coming in town to visit.. I am appalled and disappointed that the 2 ladies I personally went to the hotel and spoke to was not concerned that they were stealing not for profit donations by not allowing us to get a refund for the prepaid room. We put them in a Court Yard not far from the Extended Stay America in Overland Park.. Please do yourself a favor and go to another hotel and not this one.. The management and employees at this (motel ) yes I compare this Extended Stay to a Motel 6 and Motel 6 would win in this case. If you stay here; stay at your own risk........

"BEST PLACE to live at ESA, Nall Avenue Overland Park KS"

ESA ,Nall Ave, Overland Park is the BEST PLACE TO LIVE . Lori Hodges is an Outstanding and Superb General Manager. She is very polite and helpful. She listens to the problems very patiently and solves them wisely in zero minute. All staff members on the front desk are also very helpful and always available. When I need help, they help me in less that one minute. Rooms are neat and clean. I feel very comfortable living here and feel at home. I have been living here from last two months and enjoying my stay. Its AWESOME to live over here!!!!!!!!

"NASTY"

I was in town for business and stayed on 09/26/2023. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The whole floor smelled like marijuana. I killed a cockroach in my room and the floors were gross. They apparently did not clean before my stay as there was a fake fingernail on the floor as well. It is now the 28th and I have severe itching and my throat is sore. It blows my mind that this place is open. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Whataburger in the Kansas City Metro Area is new. This is typically a southern chain. They make your food to order when you order it. I have had Whataburger in Texas a couple different times and i've ordered from this Metcalf Ave. store twice. I have never been disappointed yet at this chain. I highly recommend it. It is good and the lines (especially the drive thru) can get long during peak hours, so try and either plan accordingly or call ahead with your order. Good food, try it.

Not fancy, so don't have to pay for the bells and whistles that I never use! I have stayed several times d/t work in the area. Have had a MINOR issue once that was quickly taken care of. If you are looking for a simple roof over your head to sleep, with the convenience of a kitchenette, this is a good place!
