I'd say this is an average Embassy Suites -- good but not great. It's clean and well-maintained. with tasteful and nicely laid out suites. Access is easy from I-95, even if you're not going to the airport. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed at that has a pre-printed card in the room that rates the wait time for cook-to-order breakfasts as green, yellow and red. I think red is a half hour or more wait. In our case, we went in a yellow time period and had zero wait. Overall the breakfast was pretty ordinary, nothing special for an Embassy Suites.

I read the reviews and people either hated it or loved it. I decided to take a chance because it was close to restaurants I stayed in two hilton properties (hilton and Hampton inn ) in Wisconsin the weekend before and both were5/5 Front desk not friendly - borderline rude. I was told about the parking charge and I asked if it applied to diamond (the week before in Green Bay it did not) and she borderline mocked me Ok. I get it now - it by an airport - but she didn’t explain . $75 dog charge - I have paid $50 in past at other hilton properties - my bad I should have read the amount The room- old, tired, dusty, charger by bed did work- bed so lumpy and the mattress pad not put on straight Blond hair on couch (although it did appear to be vacuumed by housekeeping - just missed Didn’t stay to try breakfast .

Being a lifetime diamond member we love anything Hilton. Location is ideal for holiday shopping. Lobby and front desk personnel were a delight to deal. Room had some issues: 1. Couldn't watch the television in sitting area due to inability to control volume and no ironing board. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was a miss- no coffee, no fruit, no food on hot side. Very disappointed by this. We will come back but may look at breakfast before grabbing a plate

We had such a wonderful experience at Embassy Suites. Jennifer from the evening reception was absolutely amazing with my niece—chatting with her, helping her choose cookies, and completely making her night. She even surprised her with a few extra cookies at the end of the reception. My niece spent the rest of our stay telling everyone about the cookies she received from Jennifer to snack on. It was a small gesture, but it meant so much to her. Thank you, Jennifer, for your kindness and outstanding hospitality. Individuals like you make all the difference. Sending lots of love from Virginia!

The stay was just ok; the breakfast was just ok; this location was below the usual standard for an Embassy Suites. Dealing with the front desk was an unpleasant experience. The manager on duty, Giovanna Kupp, was most difficult, discourteous and unhelpful. I had to call the Hilton to resolve an issue.
