Excellent location off highway. Easy access if you are flying. We love have separate living area from the bedroom. We did not do the evening reception. The breakfast was perfect. The Fitness Center awesome.

This was very disappointing, nothing like the standard we’ve experienced at other Embassy Suites. It was clear the management and staff do not take pride in this facility. The rooms did not feel very clean especially the carpet. While the breakfast was good, the area was dimly lit, the walls had dirty smudges on them and the floors were sticky. It felt like eating in a dingy place. The swim towels were out and when I let a worker know, I was told to go to the front desk to get more. It felt like they did not care about good service. With paying over $200 per night, I expect much better. I do not recommend this hotel.

This was a TERRIBLE experience I've EVER had at any Embassy. The tub had a slow drain so the water kept backing up in tub. No need for shower shoes when your standing in water up to ankles basically had to keep stopping shower to let water drain. Front desk could care less. Lied about maintenance coming to take care of issue. Didn't even offer any kind of resolve or points for inconvenience. Happy Hour reception was the worst juice watered down drinks, bartender looked miserable, no music playing in background snacks very lackluster. Breakfast was the worst of ANY Embassy, ended up eating outside of hotel when it consisted of sausage, eggs, & tater tots( NOT Embassy quality AT ALL) I had to apologize to the people in my party because I picked this place. Not to mention police had to be called for unruly guest & kids running through halls knocking on doors multiple times. I'LL NEVER return to this Embassy Suites. I had to give a rating in order to post, but needs zero!

This is a below average embassy suites. It’s a step up from a hampton inn (which I have no problem with but it’s about expectations). Bed was not comfortable. Sofa was not comfortable. Room is dated. Breakfast again was a step up from a hampton inn - no fresh cut fruit. Not the typical atrium like at an embassy suites. Entire hotel is extremely dark. The location was great and the room was clean. But below average for the brand.

I'd say this is an average Embassy Suites -- good but not great. It's clean and well-maintained. with tasteful and nicely laid out suites. Access is easy from I-95, even if you're not going to the airport. It's the only hotel I've ever stayed at that has a pre-printed card in the room that rates the wait time for cook-to-order breakfasts as green, yellow and red. I think red is a half hour or more wait. In our case, we went in a yellow time period and had zero wait. Overall the breakfast was pretty ordinary, nothing special for an Embassy Suites.
