No. Sheets and blankets for the pull out bed. Then there was no one to deliver them to the room. No in restaurant dining for lunch and could not take breakfast back to my room so I got breakfast because I was in a zoom session I

Anita from the front desk went above and beyond to make our check in happen after a mix-up with the parking garage. Our room was lovely. Would definitely recommend this property.

"Not up to Hilton's standards- dirty, stained furnishings and bathroom"

Room was not clean; stained curtains and couch. Pullout couch mattress was torn. Bathroom including the floor was dirty. Staff was not helpful. Not up to Hilton standards at all.

"Heat didn’t work. Room was freezing"

We have stayed at this property before with no issue so we felt comfortable booking again. We booked two rooms adjoining which they accommodated however, upon spending a little bit of time in the rooms, we realized one of them had no heat. We called downstairs that evening we were told an engineer would be sent up -an hour or so later no one had come. I was wearing my down coat in the room so we called again. We were again assured that someone would be up to take care of the issue. By 10:30 PM no one had come up. I was ready to wash my face put on my pajamas and get in the bed so my sister went down to the front desk and the girl first told her she would send somebody up and then she said I’m so sorry there’s no one here, no one is coming. I’m here all by myself I’ve tried to reach multiple people and no one is calling me back. No one else is coming in tonight there’s nothing I can do. Thank goodness we had two rooms so my sister stayed in the freezing cold room and my adult son allowed me to sleep in the other bed in his room. We called down the next morning. We were told maintenance would be up when they got in that they weren’t there yet. No one came- several hours later we were still in the room so we called back. We were told they had arrived and they would be up. No one came. We left the property for the afternoon and evening arrived back around 10:30 that night after being gone for probably eight hours stopped by the front desk and asked has anyone been up to our room to fix the heat? The young lady flipped through a list, asked for the room number and said oh yes, they have taken care of it. We went up to the room and the heat was not fixed. So for the whole weekend we were without heat in that room when it was in the 40s during the day outside. Absolutely inexcusable! I never ever leave bad reviews, but I am a Diamond member and have been probably for at least 10 years I would say and I’ve never stayed at a property that handled something like this the way they did.

Hilton needs a redecoration. Rooms are so colorless and grey that they are morgue or cell-like. Otherwise, a nice hotel with an evening reception that includes a drink, and an awesome omelette bar for morning breakfast.
