Horrible experience and costly too! No answer at front desk No sheets No towels No bathroom soap or lotion Leaky shower No coffee cups or coffee in room Metal object in shower propped up against the wall - guessing broken. Huge stain on chairs- both TV in bedroom is black, no picture Gym-no water, equipment is broken

Santesia & Jada went the extra mile to improve my room assignment. They found a quieter location and were very patient and kind. I travel constantly & they really stood out as helpful front desk professionals. The breakfast line cooks also went out of their way to please. Great breakfast buffet experience. Sautéed vegetables & eggs to order. Yogurt & good tea . Lovely neighborhood for walking & felt safe walking alone at 6:30am. An hour walk is quite pleasant with a park across the street w a lake, bridge & fountain & lovely residential neighborhood at foot of hill. Also Target & IKEA in walking distance.

I booked one night while on a road trip. The hotel is in a lovely newly developed area of Atlanta with plenty of stores and nearby restaurants. Check-in is was easy. The employee at check-in was pleasant. We just missed the happy hour by 2 minutes but still needed a beverage to relax after the drive. All beer taps but two were empty, many other options not available. A patron at the bar said it has been like this for a couple of days. The room was nice and spacious as expected from Embassy Suites. The housekeeping crew needs to do a more thorough review before leaving. Hair was on the shower wall. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner bottles affixed to the shower wall were all empty-not something you know until you need them. I did alert the front desk person that they may want to radio housekeeping about the issues in my room. ZERO care given to what I was saying. The response was “would you like your bill emailed?”. Unsure when or if those bottles will ever be filled again! The breakfast crew did a fabulous job working the omelette station. They were also quick to clean tables as people finished their breakfast so seating was not an issue. The lobby is lovely but can become loud with echoing noise. Also, while a smoke-free facility, smokers light up at the front door. The facility also has a strong smell of marijuana throughout.
