I've stayed with these guys 3x now since my old favorite got so darned ratty I couldn't tolerate them. This place just keeps on pleasing, and is all I expect from Hiltons. The desk staff was particularly accommodating. They have a 2-drink manager reception in the evenings, and in the mornings they have a do-it-yourself breakfast with many choices, and one person making fried eggs and/or omlettes for those that want them. They really are a cut above any other free breakfast offer I've experienced. The dining room is kept clean, and free of dishes making the experience even better. Their bar tender on Feb 04-Feb 07 was humorous and accommodating. My room was in perfect order with all furniture and fixtures working correctly. The walls in the bathroom are pretty bare, and really needs a picture or two. The toilet refused to flush unless one held the lever down, which was minor. The rooms have big floor-to-ceiling windows and provide a great view of the basically nothing outside to look at. When I rented one of their balcony suites before, the sliding doors onto the balcony would not open. I didn't report it because I didn't want maintenance in my room. This place is sized for small conventions with several meeting rooms, and an enormous parking lot. Next door is Beverly's all-night diner, which is also very good. There is a fireplace out on the patio that looks like a big waste of fuel, but there it is. I didn't' investigate the swimming pool, or workout facilities. Their key-card access system worked right, on every door, every time, which is something I've come to appreciate. They also have the electronic keys on your phone, which is a much appreciated new gadget. I don't like the barn doors over the bathroom not having a privacy latch. When traveling with either kids or your parents there are certain private things that need to remain private, and those doors need a inside latch. They have a dinky microwave oven, and dinky refrigerator in the room, and the ice machine down the hall actually works. I didn’t see any soda or vending machines on the property anywhere, but they do have a well stocked pantry by the desk. All in all they've impressed me enough to get me to come back, and pay higher rates than I normally might to get that Embassy extra value. I'd recommend them, and I'll be back I'm sure.

"Great stay with minor inconvenience"

Stayed for 2 nights. I enjoyed my room and the hotel. Breakfast is great - so much better than the "standard" free breakfasts included with most hotels...fresh, made to order pancakes, french toast, waffles, and omelets, and lots of seating available. Managers Reception in the evening was nice and enjoyed my 2 complimentary drinks. My only complaint was that I had an uninvited guest in my room...a cricket! No clue where he even came from and only got chatty LATE LATE at night and on the last morning I was there. I looked for him but did not "see" him but knew where he was hiding. And my room faced Northwest Expressway which was fine except for any loud motorcycle or car with loud engines and I could hear them race down the road. Luckily it was only when I was watching tv or was trying to fall asleep that I heard them. Once I was asleep, it never woke me up. Overall this was an excellent experience and would absolulely stay here again. (minus the cricket!)

A fairly standard Embassy Suites - you get the suite room experience along with the "manager's happy hour". The property appears to be a bit on the newer side and the overall look and feel of the property reflects that. We were in town to meet up with our son who was in OKC for business so the location worked for us but if anyone is looking for a hotel closer to downtown may want to look elsewhere. Rooms were clean and bathroom had plenty of space. Workout facility was pretty standard. Overall a good experience.
