"Great place with updated rooms and a fantastic breakfast"

I did a one night stay on a Saturday just to get out of town, and this Embassy Suites was a great place to stay. As others have mentioned, the rooms have been updated and the lobby is nice. The breakfast in the morning was top notch... such great choices and so delicious! It was clean and I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend. My only nit pick is about the upgrade thing with Diamond status. When I was notified in the app that I could select my room and check in, I noticed they had several rooms available for a paid upgrade that were the traditional ES suites. What I didn't realize when I booked my room is that a) they have studios and b) that's what I booked, instead of the standard Embassy Suites where you have a living room and a bedroom. I used the chat feature the day before I went to ask about an upgrade. It was unanswered. I sent another message the day I was arriving, and again no answer. When I arrived and got into my room, it was nice but I really wanted the 2 room suite which was the primary reason I booked this hotel. I went to the front desk and they upgraded me with a vague disclaimer like "I shouldn't do this but it's ok". In the end I got an upgraded room but unimpressed that the app chat with the front desk was never responded to and the comment from the front desk that they were doing something they shouldn't. I thought Diamond members get upgrades when the rooms are available? There were PLENTY of rooms available for sure. Either I'm mistaken about how the upgrades are supposed to work or the hotel isn't following procedure on it.

It is a mini conference hotel. Had larger lobby and other area seating. Offer breakfast and a happy hour each night. My room included two drinks if wanted at that happy hour. Staff were helpful. My room was great. Clean, wonderful view of lake in distance on 15th floor. Nice bathroom. Lots of lighting and electrical Outlets. They offer room service and I ordered the first night. Had salads, burgers, and entrees such as pasta etc. Forgot to bring salad dressing and the water I requested but that was ok. The pasta meal was good. TV and remote worked easily. Just hit guide and you go from there. I never did find the local channels but plenty of options. I’m not an Oklahoman. I picked this time of year to avoid tornadoes. The first night I was there I received a phone alert about tornado warning for next 30 minutes that said go to lower ground away from windows. I didn’t hear any announcements in the hotel. The next morning I asked about it. Their second floor has no windows and I could have gone there. She also asked if I’d heard the alarm/siren. I had not but apparently there was a siren in the community that goes off for these warnings. Overall great hotel, about a mile from restaurants and shopping mall. It was an easy drive to the zoo and the National Cowboy & Western Museum and about 14 min to downtown.

I attended a conference here in October. The room was spacious and there were plenty of AC outlets for my electronics. The front desk personnel were friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of hot and cold choices. Overall, a great stay.

"FABULOUS STAY IN OKC, THANKS TO ALL TEAM !"

We stayed 5 nights and were considered from day one ! We got a very large room (bigger than other Embassy suites) on the 16th floor with an extraordinary, unique view. What a landscape! The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff did a remarkable job. Thanks to Laura at reception who was wonderful with us from check in until our last day. The hotel is quite old from outside but has recently been renovated. The lobby is large and very pleasant. The breakfast room is pleasant. Thanks to Zahra, Maria... and the whole team with whom we had a great time every morning. The bar is friendly with an exceptional waiter with an impeccable memory. The whole hotel is perfectly clean. There is a very large free parking lot. Well located to go to Downtown, stockyards, western museum, malls... the lake... Access is easy. Thank you to the entire team who gave us an absolutely unforgettable time in OKC!

"Mostly really good with a couple exceptions"

First time at this location. Staff was nice .Asked for a quiet side of the hotel which did not happen. Suite was good size and nicely furnished. Bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were ok. I cannot understand really cheap toilet paper and kleenex. Breakfast was great and the breakfast staff was terrific. Dinner was underwhelming. Food was mediocre and the " Hilton burger" that i am used too wasn't on the menu. the burger was poor quality. Last comment is while they had a great snack selection, they only offered cheap water.
