My family and I stayed at the Eden Suites and Resorts at Lancaster for my cousin's wedding. We were accommodated a connection room and early check- in by my request. The room was very nice, right outside the window, was my cousin's wedding venue. My family and I had a great time at the wedding, there was a beautiful waterfall feature that was great to take pictures with. Although my stay was very brief, less than 24 hours. I would stay at the Eden Suites and Resorts again.

What a lovely place. Great for families with their outdoor and indoor pools. The suite was spacious and had everything we needed. Very clean excellent customer service. Great place to stay when visiting Lancaster.

This hotel was very good. The outside was decorated for fall. The check in was easy and took the time to tell us to park in the back and our room was right inside.

As always, Eden Resort did not fail to impress. A group of us have been meeting at Eden Resort since 2007. Every year we rent a large suite to use as the meeting place. This year is was one of the newest 2 bedroom Villas, located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of bldg 4. Access is via a flight of wide, shallow, indoor stairs. The first floor of the suite has a large open area with a large dining table that seats 6, a sofa & chair, side table, a half bath, stacked washer and dryer, and a full kitchen. The fridge was not full size, more apartment size. Adequate, but if you are going to entertain a lot you might want to look at the Premier Suites. The dishwasher was also small. The kitchen comes with a full size coffee maker, dishes, silverware, glasses, cookware, and cooking utensils. You can connect your phone or laptop to the TV via WiFi (free). The second floor has two bedrooms, both with a private bath. The king room has a large walk in shower and a makeup mirror on the counter. The two queen room has a tub and no makeup mirror. The rooms are beautifully maintained. If you notice anything amiss maintenance will respond quickly to rectify. The outdoor pools are heated so even in cooler weather they are delightful. Front desk staff was wonderful. We have very specific needs for our event and staff made sure our location, check-in, and check-out went smoothly. There was one point of miscommunication which was handled with patience and resolved to our complete satisfaction. We had breakfast in Arthur's restaurant, which we always enjoy. On weekends the buffet is open with ample selections. Otherwise it is off the menu. Adjacent to the hotel is a gas station with mini mart & food service. Within 2-4 blocks are 3 more restaurants and a grocery store.
