"We loved the Drury Plaza!"

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained and we loved the evening kickback experience. Our room was a great size for our family of 5 (3 kids ranging from 8-16) and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was clean and well maintained and we loved having music in that area as well! This was THE best hotel experience we’ve ever had and look forward to staying here again next time we’re in downtown Pittsburgh and will look for a Drury hotel wherever we go!

"A Perfect Stay In Pittsburgh, PA!"

We were visiting the area and decided to stay at Drury as they had received good reviews, and we were NOT disappointed! From the momnet we walked in, Antares at the front desk made us feel right at home. The 5:30 kickback was delicious and well stocked, and our room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The rooftop patio was relaxing, and the required on-site valet (although expensive) was prompt and courteous. With the fully stocked and complimentary breakfast included in the stay, it was a great value for us compared to some of the other properties in the area. Heather at the breakfast bar also took great care of us. The only thing we'd do differently next time is park in the Greyhound garage a block away to save on the parking, but other than that our stay was fantastic.

"Parade day ease"

Perfect location for the St.Patrick’s Day parade. Rooms were spacious and clean (we had a king 2 room on the 4th floor). Valet was easy to use. Meals were well stocked for as busy as it was. The staff would be reason enough for me to return. I can’t believe how friendly and nice everyone was.

My wife and I were in Pittsburgh to attend the 2026 Atlantic 10 Men's college basketball conference tournament championship. I had researched and knew the PPG Arena was only about an 8 minute walk from the Drury Plaza Hotel. I knew from previous stays at Drury's that they had free full breakfast Buffett so between those two aspects that got us to pick this Drury. What we didn't know is what an outstanding team they had. EVERYONE that worked there was outstanding. The manager, Heather, literally checked in with us everyday at least once to make sure everything was well and had great suggestions on places to go and see and was so easy to talk to Front desk people, Rita and Jazmine went out of their way to make sure we knew all the Drury Inn benefits and also talked to us on many occasions about how all was well. They talked to us and thought we were old friends and we loved their personal touch. Taymar was the evening bartender and after the first day we were on a first name basis and he knew our preferences and made sure we got the best drinks. Even the valet guy sat with us one afternoon while we were waiting to make our walk to the arena and talked about my favorite subject, college basketball, very knowledgeable. Nothing better than that! As for Pittsburgh we were very impressed. I never felt unsafe. All in all for a big city it was clean. The people on the street were friendly. And the whole area was very nice. Hint: the Brother Andre's Cafe in the basement of the Epiphany Roman Catholic Church was a hidden gem. We stopped in there to get a hot chocolate one morning waiting for the Arena to open and were greeted with a lot of the same attitude. We went back Friday night for their lenten fish fry and had a wonderful meal. There is nothing special about the decor, but their effort at serving us and making us comfortable was off the chart good.
