"Another Great Stay"

When in downtown Pittsburgh, we always stay at the Drury Inn. We stayed here for 2 nights on January 17--18, 2026 for a long Martin Luther King holiday weekend and took in the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey game on Saturday night and toured the Heinz History Center on Sunday afternoon. The car valet and check-in process was smooth and fast. You will be charged $40 per night to valet during your stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed on the 10th floor. Our room was a 2 queen room with tv, microwave & mini fridge. It was very clean & beds were comfortable. The bathroom is roomy, clean and showers work well. The heat/AC is wall mounted and very easy to adjust to your desired room temperature. The WiFi & TV work great. The nightly complimentary 5:30 Kick Offs are great for people wanting a bit of food & drink before venturing out or just staying in. The morning breakfasts are very good too, with the usual scramble eggs, sausage patties, breakfast potatoes, biscuits & gravy, toast, bagels, cereal, muffins, juices, coffee, milk etc. The hotel staff including valet, check-in, housekeeping & food service are very friendly & helpful and the whole property is well maintained & very clean. There is Alissa nice indoor pool & hot tub on the 8th floor. If you’re looking for a fantastic, family friendly hotel right in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh that is walking distance to PPG Arena, the Convention Center, the football & baseball stadiums & restaurants, stay at the Drury Inn.

"Great stay!"

This is a wonderful hotel! I have never stayed in a hotel where every staff member goes out of their way to say hello. Typically, anyone but the front desk will avert their eyes to avoid talking. Not here. Every person we saw said hello. Everyone was incredibly friendly. A special shout out to the assistant manager Rita. She made us feel like friends. The food was really good. So many free options. Breakfast was hot and fresh. There was always food available. I never had to ask something to be refilled or wished something was there. There’s hot food (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, breakfast potatoes), as well as cereals, bread, bagels, mini muffins, yogurts, and a waffle station. For the Kickback, there was a main entree and sides. It was buffet style. Also, salad and chips and salsa/cheese. All free! $5 desserts at their restaurant was a nice touch too! As were the free drink coupons. There was popcorn, pop, coffee, and water available all the time. There’s beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The shower was decent. It didn’t get very hot and the water pressure fluctuated during the shower. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Good location as well. Convenient to everything. Strip district was less than 5 minutes away, as was the Benedum. The fact that this building is historic really made it special! Make sure to visit the basement! It’s an absolutely beautiful building. The valet service was good. Very friendly employees. Overall, this was a great stay! I will be staying at this hotel for all future trips to Pittsburgh and highly recommend it. Especially for the price.

Amazing, walkable downtown Pittsburgh hotel with some of the most fabulous architecture I've seen in any hotel, period. Plus, all the wonderful amenities one has come to expect at a Drury. Great accommodations at a great price. We highly recommend!
