"Family overnight trip worth the stay"

Enjoyed our stay, location is great to downtown. Breakfast included, pool, rooftop patio and onsite bar were great pluses. Our rooms were large, clean, bed was very comfortable. They are doing some upgrades, if they would add USB ports in the rooms that would be awesome. Parking is tight anywhere in downtown Pittsburgh, but valets were great. We will stay again

"Weekend Vacation"

Enjoyed our visit greatly. Downtown near the Strip District but close enough to walk to the Cultural District or the bridges across to PNC park. Having a hot breakfast and a full dinner with the room was both a time saver as well as a cost saver. Got to swim in the afternoon. The pool is in the small side but big enough to have fun. The room was perfect.

"Poor valet experience and hotel room mediocre for the price."

My flight into Pittsburgh was delayed, so I arrived at the hotel around 2 AM. When I tried to pull into the valet parking, there was a car blocking the lane so I could not drive in. I had to double park my rental car, and walk up to the valet station to ask them to pull their car in so that I could drive my rental car into the lot. This was OK, but I later tried to retrieve my car from the valley only parking lot. I requested the car 20 minutes in advance, and they had told me I needed to request it 15 minutes in advance. Despite the advance notice when I arrived at the valet, I waited another 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes, I asked the valet When I could expect my car and he told me it would be another 25 to 30 minutes. As a result, I had to take an Uber because this would be too late and I would miss my appointment. The valet experience was poor. Although the app seemed convenient to request my car, it constantly asked me to leave a tip! I did not think I should leave a tip when I wasn’t even able to retrieve my car! I doubt that I would stay at this hotel again based on my relatively poor experience. I reserved a king suite, was placed in a queen suite, and the price per night was over $250.

My stay at Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown was the best hotel experience I have ever had. From being warmly welcomed at check in to the end of my stay, you felt at home. The rooms are large and the beds are extremely comfortable. Drury provides you with a hot breakfast and dinner. plus many other amenities. And the location is outstanding!

"over priced dump"

bed was uncomfortable, carpet was not swept, drywall repair work was in process in our room. My husband took advantage of dinner and breakfast, I could not. they wouldn't give him my coupon to use. I stayed over night he stayed a second night. Will never stay there again. Will stay 30 miles away and drive in to go to Mercy hospital.
