Stayed here during our family trip to Nashville and couldn’t have been happier. It’s in the perfect location only a couple blocks from Broadway. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly. They had free breakfast and dinner. Also included was 3 drinks during happy hour. Would definitely recommend.

Great location downtown. First time staying at a Drury so not sure if this one was special due to it being Downtown. But 3 drinks at happy hour and a full on meal is better than any other deal I've seen. A drink or two and snacks I've seen. But a full on meal; great to get the kids fed on the cheap.

"Unwelcoming, rude."

Our bathroom was dirty, no fan in the restroom so if you shower you have to open the door to let all the steam out. Which obviously in turn makes your room hot. Our room phone didn't work. We tried to request a late checkout but we're unable to get through. Finally the morning of checkout my husband went down to the front desk and was denied late checkout. They also sent a maintenance man up with him to fix the broken phone. So I ended up having to shower, get ready and hurry up to leave while a stranger was in my room. Trapped in a hot bathroom nonetheless waiting for him to leave. Housekeeping was knocking at my door at 11:01 asking "when I was leaving?" Very unwelcoming. The front desk should have apologized for the broken equipment and at least waited to send some guy to my room until I at least left.
