"Great staff and facilities."

Great service and facilities. Facilities is clean and put together. Will be trying the on site restaurant. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Free cookies were a hit with the kids. Hope this trip lived up to the hotel. Will defiantly be staying again.

We brought two HS school groups at the same time to Doubletree Hilton Crystal City. Jamil at the front desk helped us with every need (placing wake-up calls, replacing keys, special requests, etc.) always with a smile. We appreciate his professionalism and excellent customer service!

"Terrible place to stay"

Can’t express my disappointment and displeasure in staying at the Double Tree any more than saying the overall all experience was terrible. From check-in to check-out the experience was terrible and everything in between. Purchased 5 rooms for friends and family who were coming up to visit. Requested over three months ago to have them all close to each other. Nope- three in the north tower on three separate floors and two in the south tower on two separate floors. Starbucks in the lobby has prices that are beyond reasonable, even for the national capital region. A Monster cost $8.76, a bottle of water (which you would think a diamond member would get for free in a room) cost $10. Plain black cup of coffee (because they have no coffee makers in the room) $9. The hotel is run down and falling apart. Tiles in the mail lobby are old and showing their age. Water stains and sagging or even missing is what you see. The front entrance is a like entering a cave so dark with no lights to show off the hotel. All you have is employees out on the side smoking or people waiting for a shuttle that is always late to take them to the airport. The rooms have updated televisions, but even they have issues. No menu buttons to get to a guide so you can find a channel. Can’t make this stuff up. No plugs by the desk except for an old outlet that is covered up with cheap paper. Bedding was old, it was clean but the sheets were stained (looked like they were ironed and it was left too long on them) and the comforter had ink stains. Overall not where I would recommend staying. Even their manager “Dustin” told me I could have chose a better property to bring my family to visit DC.

Overall my check-in with Betania was very PROFESSIONAL and she took care us with ease and grace. However parking is ridiculous and everywhere you have to pay. If you stay at the hotel it should be free or f it's an fee it should be a discount price if you use your hotel key card. Free breakfast needs to deleted from your website. It states tgat Double Tree by Hilton offers free breakfast on Trip Advisor.

Jamil was great! Fast check in, clean hotel, friendly customer service! I loved the (free) warm cookie as well as the (free) 2 bottles of water (and they were cold!!!). Busy building, but well appointed and very accommodating. Thank you Jamil for your help!
