"Wonderful staff and great food!"

Home away from home! Starting at the front desk and all the way to Maria, the hostess at the restaurant. Friendly and caring. Genuinely concerned about us making our doctors appointment. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again…. and the food was delicious!!

The staff was very helpful. They all worked to help us and Ashley was a joy and worked to take care of all our needs. We had several trips to MD Anderson and the Doubletree Shuttle was on time. The property is convenient to the Medical Park area and is easy access to various shopping Malls.

"Worst Hilton experience ever"

The customer service here by the front desk agent Ali was absolutely horrible and disgusting, and threatened me! Upon check out with my mother, we notified him that we were checking out a day early, and he refused to check us out stating that it was against policy and should have adjusted this at check in. However, the agent at check in (Ashley) instructed us to do this at check out, so that’s what we did. When requesting a receipt, the front desk agent said “no”. so i asked for a manager and he refused to call one up for me, and after a back and forth, he stood up, and told me “you better get from my desk now, because we have a problem.” I have never been so disrespected and upset. I will never stay at another Hilton Property again because of their agent, ALI.

Maria is an absolute legend. She is made our day and treated us with kindness and respect for the past three days while we’re staying here for my dad’s medical treatment 10 out of 10. We enjoyed our breakfast here every day at the hotel and the kindness from everyone.

María and the breakfast staff in the restaurant are just amazing, they are so nice, friendly, smiling, they do care. That’s what we all should have in the mornings, joy and love. I travel a lot and I am telling you, this kind of customer service nowadays is simply, rare. Congratulations.
