We loved Saratoga Springs! It’s a sprawling resort but a very efficient bus system. Our room was beautiful and you could smell the “clean” when walking in. Nice quick service dining area with decent selection and beautiful pool. We used bell services a few times and they were so friendly! We loved our stay!!

"Great Location and Great Resort!"

Really enjoyed our overall experience. We're an older couple and were looking for something that had "a little of everything." This fits the bill. If you stay in the Congress Park area, it's mainly adults and the pool is generally low-key on most days. It's a short walk to Disney Springs, and of course there is so much food, shopping, and evening entertainment at the Springs - automatic activity if you aren't going to the parks. Bus transportation was reliable and thanks to their tracking system you always know when a bus is coming. Artist's Pallete had great quick-serve options (try the grilled ham & cheese!) and Turf Club had excellent dinners (try the pork chop!). Room was comfortable and well appointed. My only suggestion is for Disney to fork out a few bucks for more signage - it's easy to get lost your first few days (until you've figured out all the criss-crossing sidewalks and wide expansive campus). This is a great resort, highly recommended.

"Daily room inspection ruins Disney - do not stay at a Disney property without being familiar with this terrible practice"

SS offers a better value than other deluxe properties. Our suite was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pools and boat to Disney Springs. BUT this is my second deluxe stay where our daily cell inspection, I mean room inspection was a major disruption. Everyone should know that if you stay at a Disney property, the cleaners perform a daily “safety inspection” and they don’t care if you’re sleeping, showering etc. The DND sign doesn’t mean anything and they will override the dead bolt to enter your room to inspect it for weapons. You get a quick knock and then BOOM they enter the room and look around. Last trip the cast member came in while we were showering and my child was naked and this time, they woke my child up from her nap and scared my husband half to death as he thought someone had broken into our room. This is security theatre and a serious issue for us. It’s also a safety threat to staff as I am shocked that a guest hasn’t harmed a cleaning lady who they incorrectly think is an intruder. It also doesn’t make sense to have hotel cleaners cosplay as security guards. My husband said that he panicked this time and was concerned someone had entered to harm or take our child. He was asleep and all he heard was someone entering and our child crying. When he called me all upset, I had to explain to him that no, Disney performs these checks daily and they enter the room daily to look behind curtains, the balcony, bathroom etc to make sure you’re not up to no good. As a result of this invasive and insane practice, I’ll never stay at a Disney property ever again. I’ve traveled all over the world and the only place I’ve experienced this is Disney. This is especially problematic for parents with young children who come back to their room for a nap. There are women on Reddit claiming that Disney staff have entered while they are showering and seen them naked. When I travel, I want to be able to peacefully and safely nap or shower without worrying that hotel staff will enter to inspect the room. Never again. I’m just glad this time I didn’t spend more on the accommodations. In case it’s helpful, Four Seasons doesn’t perform these inspections (of course they don’t!).

Just got back from this wonderful resort, it’s very different to most Disney resort but if you want somewhere that is relaxing but with Disney transportation this is your place. The staff were superb and we ate at the turf club which was extremely good! Ask to be at the paddocks as it has one of the best pools and close to bus stop!
