"Mold it condo which made us sick."

We had mold in our room and they did nothing to correct it. Also it took three hours for maintenance to come over to correct some additional problems we were having. Way too expensive for what you get.

Our family loved the Saratoga Springs Resort. The two bedroom suite was the perfect accommodation for us. The two bedrooms, living room, and two bathrooms were very nice. The kids loved the hot tub/pool area and the adults loved the bus for travel to the parks. We would definitely stay at this resort again!

This was a great choice for our Disney vacation. Loved the theme with the horses. The breakfast was great especially the themed waffles. Got the pop cup and refilled it. excellent value in the long run. The room was perfect the little alexa by the bed was a great touch. they really do think of everything at disney.

I highly recommend the preferred 1 bedroom villas - they have an excellent kitchen and laundry set up, a good shower, a comfortable bed, and blessed quiet. I am very disappointed in most of Disney's luxury offerings, but Saratoga Springs provides value for money. The staff are also super professional and kind. I left something behind in my room, and the housekeeper made sure that I was notified. I love this resort and will prioritize it on future visits.

My family and I recently spent the week at Disney's Saratoga Springs and had a wonderful stay. We booked with Robyn Ayers at Dream Makers Vacation Services. Robyn was extremely helpful with managing our booking and dining. She provided helpful tips and made sure we got the most out of our vacation. We were in a one bedroom villa and it was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of room to spread out and even had an extra bathroom. The bus service was great during our stay with us being the only guests onboard more than once. We loved the theming of the resort and every cast member we came into contact with were very helpful and friendly. We can't wait to return and would definitely stay at Saratoga Springs!
