"⭐ 1 star (only because I can’t leave zero)"

Absolutely disgusting experience at the Courtyard Marriott Cocoa Beach Canaveral. The entire hotel is dirty, outdated, and in desperate need of renovations. But the real nightmare? Waking up at 4 AM to find a huge roach crawling on my son’s pillow. Needless to say, none of us could go back to sleep. We ended up crashing in my parents’ room for the rest of the night. When I called the front desk to ask if they had another room, the staff acted like I was the problem and made it seem like helping me was a massive inconvenience. Beyond rude. They did remove the large bug and said it was “normal” for this location. WTH!!! As if that wasn’t enough, Patricia at the front desk failed to book our return shuttle from the cruise port to the airport. After waiting over an hour, we were forced to hire another company and pay out of pocket—effectively paying twice for the same trip. The cherry on top? The general manager left me a voicemail saying they wouldn’t compensate us for their mistake. It’s obvious the staff here don’t like their jobs, and it shows in how they treat guests—even Gold Marriott members like me. Stay far, far away from this hotel unless you enjoy sleeping with bugs and throwing money away because of incompetent service. Marriott, do better

"Pleasant Overnight Stay"

We stayed at this hotel for one night as we were joining our cruise ship at Port Canaveral the following day . Check in was quick and efficient. We had a room on 2nd floor which was comfortable and spacious , sleep quality was fantastic . Not a great view , as we overlooked the bin area! There is a coffee shop and bistro which we didn’t use . We were tired after a long flight , ordered food from Uber Eats and walked the 5 minutes in the morning to I Hop for breakfast. The hotel has a nice pool area where we spent some time at while waiting on our transfer . A nice place for a pit stop, but maybe not for a holiday in my opinion .

I came into the bar yesterday and had a Black Cherry Old Fashioned. It was AMAZING! Bartender’s name Ryan. I really enjoyed talking with him. Thanks for pre-gaming our cruise!

I loved Courtyard Cocoa Beach! That's coming from a picky person. The location is great — such a nice, short walk to the beach and close to everything you want in the Cocoa Beach area. Even though it's right off a busy road, the beautiful big trees and landscaping make it feel like you're tucked away from the bustle. The staff were all very friendly and we loved the Starbucks, breakfast, and gym. Our room was very clean. The pool area needs more lounge chairs though — there aren't many and they get snagged quick. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Great nice and clean hotel. Excellent service by Kim. She was able to put us in a room that was amazing. You could see the beach the cape and the river from the balcony. Shower seemed to be nice upgraded and well appointed. I recommend for your next marriage getaway.
