"Needed a place to stay while family is in Care Partners. This was a nice luxury for us."

Super luxurious bedding and pillows. Very quiet room and A/C. Good value and perfect breakfast options for us. Yogurt parfaits, muffins, fruit and Starbucks offerings. Only issue was that for a handicapped accessible room, the toilet was very low and had no grab bars anywhere near it. Very difficult for mother who needs help rising from the toilet. Shower did have grab bars however, and was very nice.

The hotel was very nice and it was clean. The rooms were very modern. Beds were comfy, no stains on sheets or coverings. I am very picky about where I stay, I had no issues with my stay here. I just wish they offered free breakfast. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite. Don’t hesitate to book a room here.

"Super Location and Great Rooms"

Very convenient location for visiting the Biltmore Estate. Once the Village has rebuilt and recovered from hurricane damage, it will be within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooms are spacious with nice sitting areas. Staff was very friendly and all areas were clean and comfortable. Definitely would stay again!

You cant go wrong with Marriot Hotels. This one it 2 minutes from Biltmore entrance. The area around it was devastated by the flood. Many businesses were destroyed, this Marriot didnt get phased by the flooding. There are still several businesses that are up and running . The only thing I didnt like about this courtyard was no complimentary breakfast. That is usually a selling point for us but this was very close to the Biltmore. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Our second time at this courtyard will be back again.

Hotel was nice, clean and staff were very friendly. My rating was a 4 because of the location and lack of amenities like a breakfast, coffee in the lobby other than Starbucks and perks that cater to the guests. Overall the experience was nice but could be better.
