"Radisson Country Inn Asheville, NC - don’t stay !"

I have stayed at radisson hotels all over the world. The guest elevator was unavailable, and was told there were no other elevators (how did the maids get their carts to all the floors?). I had to drag a heavy bag for 4 flights of stairs. They would not give me late checkout for one extra hour. The carpet in the room was stained and filthy. Breakfast was lousy. It’s obvious that radisson doesn’t really give a damn about its guests anymore. I will be staying with other chains going forward.

This place is currently doing some renovations but nothing that interferes with stay. Hotel is very clean, staff is wonderful. We booked the room last minute and Ana was very helpful. Close to downtown and other attractions. Very reasonable with breakfast included. Very good value.

James, Lord does he care about his customers. The young woman who was working last night went above any beyond as well. We have never been treated so well. The hotel is absolutely beautiful.

The hotel was clean but the mattress was horrible! It was lumpy and a spring kept punching me in the butt. It was also very noisy! Breakfast was adequate.
