"Ignorant policies and lying staff"

Be wise and stay away! Booked and paid in full a month in advance. After a 4 hour drive, the receptionist asked me for a different card other than my bank card for a $50 deposit because it's an online bank. I provided a Venmo credit card and she kept calling both of them "prepaid" cards. I explained both of these are opened accounts that I had to undergo credit checks for. They're not "prepaid". Then she starts saying they are "invalid". I also tried to provide a virtual Capital one credit card and she turned us away and told me to call for a refund. I called hotels.com where I booked. The agent spoke with her and she lied to his face and told him I was trying to pay with "prepaid" cards! Unbelievable and disgusting. I had to book another hotel further away from my phone. Luckily I got a refund at least, but it was a huge hassle over uneducated dishonest staff.

"The best end to the best trip"

Our stay was awesome we had just got back from camping for 8 days. Beds were comfy and I slept like a baby. First Tim Staff at a hotel asked if I needed any towels as I walked out of my room. Mrs. Micaela in the breakfast area was so nice, she didn’t just let us get breakfast after 9 but made us a plate to take! Stay was great

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. And above all the personnel was the best. JAMES at the front desk was great. He was kind, courteous and very helpful. He really made a great impression on me. The other staff was very nice as well. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is Very clean, rooms are clean, they do a hot breakfast that is very good! The only thing that we had a problem with is the tv’s the remotes wouldn’t want to work sometimes, other than that our stay was good. The area the hotel was in was wonderful, around good restaurants and shopping areas.

Nice located in the quiet tunnel street. Not far away from the parkway and the downtown attractions. Definitely worth the price to stay here.
