Comfort Suites Mt. Juliet-Nashville Area in Mount Juliet, TN

We loved the Comfort Suites Mt. Juliet-Nashville area! My mom and I stayed there from November 19 - 20, 2024. We were heading home after mom’s dr appointment in Nashville, but we were tired from a busy day traveling 3 1/2 hours to Nashville for mom’s appointment, and we decided to stop for the night. Finding the entrance from the main road was a little difficult, especially in the evening around sunset, but it was tucked away in a nice area..yet close to everything. The hotel was nice and that room was so spacious! The room had 2 beds, a couch, and odd table/stool combo, a nice size bathroom, nice size closet for a hotel, a work desk which was convenient as I work remote when I travel, a coffee maker, mini fridge and a microwave. And it was close to the elevator, which was convenient. The staff was nice and the complimentary cookies were a real treat! The only thing missing was complimentary coffee. If it was an offering, we somehow missed it. The only disappointment was the exercise room and pool area. Both areas were super nice and both areas looked inviting.. I wanted to go for a swim and a workout later, but the smell of chlorine in both areas was so strong, I started feeling sick and coughing. I couldn’t bear the strong chlorine smell so I unfortunately skipped utilizing both areas. Saw a cozy little outdoor area though. And it had a nice size sundry area. And the complimentary breakfast..one of the best hotels breakfasts we’ve ever had! And it had bacon, which we never see with hotel breakfasts, but love so much because neither of us like sausage very much. And the bacon was perfectly cooked!! Not too chewy but not too crunchy!! Just right!! There was a great selection of food and breakfast drinks..different coffees, juices and milk…bacon, eggs, breads for toast, muffins, various yogurts and cereals. And a nice little business center area in the nice lobby area. The couch in the lobby was very comfortable with the tv, and I utilized the desk at the business center for some last minute work just before we checked out. I would definitely recommend Comfort Suites Mt. Juliet-Nashville Area to anyone, and we’d definitely stay there again!!

The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were large and very clean. There was a microwave and refrigerator which you don't find often in hotels these days. Breakfast was included and there was a great variety to have something different every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When checking in the lady asked what my service dogs task was and I told her then she tried to acquire more info about my disability when I declined she was very rude with me and the rest of the staff has been giving me dirty looks and has been steady asking what room I’m in. They have made me feel very unwelcome here

The beds you need a stool to get in them, especially if you are handicapped. We were in a handicap room. Not mat in bathtub so a person could fall in the slick tub. Karen at the front desk was very rude, has no patience with customers.

The rooms at the Comfort Suites are indeed suites... large and spacious. Our main complaint was the room itself was poorly lighted, although the bathroom was bright. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
