If you like watching old-fashioned, street-walking prostitutes and new-style intravenous drug addicts, this place is fantastic! if your idea of a good time is walking your dog amongst hypodermic needles and used condoms, then this place is tops!! Even better, If you like being lied to, disrespected, treated like a subhuman then this is the place for you. I can guarantee the staff is dishonest, patronizing, unaccountable and then a little more dishonest, as I spent three days here and never got one story straight and never got one request/promise fulfilled. I did get many, many blanket refusals under the guise of 'corporate policy' but never once did I get a 'how may i help'? If you need to be in the area I would highly recommend spending the extra $20-$30 for the better quality, better secured, less-gross hotels nearby, like the Hilton Garden Inn or the other comparable hotels nearby that are not independently owned and actually care about customer relations.

"Horrible customer service"

The employees were rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. The entire hotel smelled like weed even in our bedroom. The restroom had mold residue, and the shower head was unadjustable which meant the water kept getting on the floor. This hotel is definitely NOT worth the prices they charged....

The hotel suite was very nice and clean. Staff was pleasant and tried to be helpful. When we arrived for our 5 day stay, the room was very hot....temp was 81 degrees. I turned the themostats down upon our arrival, and we unloaded everything, the room remained uncomfortably hot our entire stay. Most nights it was between 81 and 85 degrees....way too hot. I always travel with a small fan. After talking to the night desk person, then the manager we were told that the air had already been cut off for the season despite the common areas of the hotel being cool on the first floor. The manage apologized and offer to put us in another room, but if the hotel didn't have any air conditioning, what was the point. He did go and find a fan and brought it up to our room. Unfortunately it stopped working during our stay. Also had trouble with one of the TV's not working correctly....the night desk person finally brought up several remotes and got it working. We had to use one remote to turn the TV on and the other remote to change the channels..... The manager also gave us a small discount for our troubles. For the price we paid for a suite, I felt that more could have been done.

The staff was great and their breakfast was fine. The problem I had was 1) not enough parking, I realized we got there at 11 pm but there was no parking on a Tuesday night. I had to go to the corner car store and park my car. And I wasn’t the only one that could not find parking, the was three other cars after me that could not find parking. 2) complaint- the air conditioner kept me up all night. At first I thought someone was using a hack hammer in the middle of the night. But the terrible sound and shaking of the bed was the air conditioner

"Mold and Poor Customer Service"

Mold and poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. I checked into this hotel for a 1 week stay on a business trip. In the first few hours, my bathroom was flooded with more than 1 inch of standing water from a crack in the ceiling (room was 1st floor, 136). When i returned to the hotel after grabbing dinner with a friend to find this condition, i reported it to the front desk at 8:20pm. I was told at this time that there were no other available rooms and was handed some towels to clean up the mess. The ceiling continued to leak. I returned to front desk the following morning at 6am to ask if there was any availability to move me and was told it was too early and to come back later. I went to my conference and returned that evening and was told once again they had no availability to move me. I returned to my room and there was evidence of maintenence in the bathroom while I was away. Holes were drilled in the floor where the water was accumulating and the ceiling appeared to be minorly patched. The week continued and no more flooding of the bathroom occurred but there was still some minor leaking (puddles under the persistent crack above). I was polite and asked if there was availability, I'd like to be moved still but no availability continued. By Day 4, I began having some moderate allergy symptoms and the bathroom continued to be musky in smell. Symptoms resolved once I left the room. By Day 5, I woke up prtty severely ill and unable to breathe normally. When i returned to my room after my conference that day and had a bad allergic reaction when entering the room, I went to the desk to ask to be moved again. Once again - no available rooms. I called my 3rd party vendor to see what.options were available. No other hotel room options in the Salt Lake Area and the hotel refused to refund me or provide any discount or partial refund for the issues I've experienced. I had to stay one more evening. And when I asked the front desk one last time to move me, I was greeted with a very rude response that I should have came to the front desk sooner so they could have had it cleaned for the next guest (i.e. placing a new guest in it, despite the apparent mold in the bathroom). Overall: The management of this hotel did not care about guest safety and wellbeing. I had an allergic reaction to the growing mold in the bathroom from repeated water leaking from the ceiling. I was only offered towels to remedy the mess and their solution was to drill holds in the floor to drain water under the titles rather than fixing the issue. The hotel refused to issue me a refund dispite dealing with mold, becoming ill and unable to leave, and a continual leaking room.
