"Nightmare on Rodi Road"

This has to be hands down one of the worst places you can stay. It is in the middle of renovations but it needs more than that. It rained while I was there and there was water coming from the ceiling in the hallway near my room. The television was broken and they attempted to replace it with a TV half the size that was already in the room. I will never return to that property and I suggest you do not waste your time or your money....

"Complete Disgust"

Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If I could give negative rating I would! Given incorrect room keys and walked in on a couple. Then to correct room found it in deplorable condition. The light did not work vanity area. The outlets did not work bedside stand. The comforter has bright red stains. A hand towel in bathroom full of hair. The chair in room stained and worn. The shower did not function properly, could not regulate temperature. Understand they can be under renovations but DO NOT use rooms that have not been completed or gosh maybe it was. Unable to move to another place because holiday weekend and no availability in area. Ugh.

Front desk lady- Shelby service was rude and frustrating.. She openly says to complain. It’s really bad experience. Never stay here in life.

Not the cleanest place to stay. All the amenities are unpleasant to visit. But what i would say is that i feel so much empathy for the management, such a very hard working and dedicated man who i witnessed to try and make your stay comfortable as possible.

Where do I start? The room had a strong, unpleasant smell. The bathroom was filthy. The towel rack was off of the wall. The smoke detector was lying on the ground without a battery. The toilet didn't flush properly. I'm attaching a picture of the bathtub. I've stayed in worse rooms, but not in the United States.
