"Very disappointed"

When I arrived I was not welcomed I was only asked for my name and id. When my parents and I got to the room there was only enough towels for two people and no bedding for the sofa bed. The lamps in the living room didn’t work. The tv in the living room didn’t work. I went downstairs to ask for bedding the sofa bed and told that there was only two bath towels I was literally handed one bath towel and a flat sheet. No fitted sheet and no blankets and no face cloths

Room had a bad smell, was very old & not very clean. Mirror closet doors were broken & mirrors were cracked. One bar of soap. Had to ask for hairdryer - wall attachment had no hairdryer. Breakfast was terrible - biscuits/grits, cereal, waffles. Looks like more was there earlier but stuff was not refilled & we were there within first hour. No bread, no toast. Carpet was filthy. Pool was closed & grimy. I’m not very picky but this was particularly bad.

"Worse hotel I have stayed in"

Booked this hotel to meet our daughters and thought it would work good for us since it was larger. Room is very dated, I wouldn’t sit on the furniture nor let my dogs if they were here. Bathroom door has a hole in it but they taped it up. Door into the bathroom and door into the bedroom don’t shut all the way. The lock on the door, screws were coming off had to screw them back in but not sure it will hold. Girls were scared to sleep. Didn’t check out any other area in the hotel. Not worth the price or any price. Will never stay again.

"Go somewhere else"

This was our 2nd Room they put us in. The first one had never been cleaned from last traveler’s. Not Clean, outdated room, could not see out the window, refrigerator rusted, Pool Closed. We will never stay at this location again. Such a beautiful city horrible room stay.
