"Disappointing"

Shabby, needs updating, hallways need a deep clean. Cleanliness in room was average, mattress could stand to be replaced. Boards on balcony were sticking up. We would not recommend or stay here again.

"Sad experience"

We've stayed here many times in the past with good results. This trip was horrible there were many devices like lamps, phone, clock etc. Unplugged. Some of the bedroom furniture was asked. The carpets real have to be renovated throughout. The eggs and sausages were luke warm. We get a two bedroom suite and the king bedroom tv didn't work, we called the desk and never heard back. The toilet flush had to be held down to get it to flush. I like the site because it works well for our visit. It really needs a bit of upgrading and more attention to detail by staff. At over 70 I dont want to crawl over stands to plug in phones and lamps or move furniture.

"A Dump and NOT ADA Compliant"

This hotel is GROSS. The fact that it isn’t a 1 or 2 on here is troubling. Our bathroom door didn’t close and our microwave didnt work and we reported it and nothing was done. Everything is dirty and faded and breakfast is sad. It was so overpriced. There is no elevator and it’s definitely not ADA compliant.

"Horrible Experience"

Checked into hotel on August 22, 2025, my suite was not ready on time for check in. Desk Clerk Tanew stated the housekeeper could clean the room in 15 to 20 minutes. I said how could he clean a 2 bedroom suite that fast. We had another room across the hall and watched the housekeeper clean. No new linen was brought into the suite which means the beds were no changed, rug was filthy, sex stains on couch cushions and the cushions were brought to another suite and switched, a used washcloth was left in the shower, the pool had a piece of structure hanging, the hall smelled disgusting, the rug throughout the hotel was filthy, and two large contractor garbage bags was left in the hallway until 11pm when we checked out. We were told by Tanew that we would get a refund and never did. They refused to give us the first night and we did not stay not even 1 night. I paid $996.50 and was told I would get a refund of $676.50. They only refunded me $319.00. The service was horrible and I would suggest you never stay there! 30 days later I only received $319.00 out of my $996.00! I am completely disgusted and will never return to that property again!

"No excuse for the filth"

I never leave a review but this place deserves a bad one. We were in town for the Nationals car show. I was surprised to even get a room but now see why there were rooms available. The first room we were put in, room 219, had such a bad mold issue my asthma instantly kicked in. We finally discovered a pile of possible puke that had been there so long it was covered in mold which had spread to the AC unit next to it. We were then moved to room 223 which was much better but still was sub par. None of the drains worked properly and I think there was poop on the bathroom wall near the toilet but didn’t really get close enough to check. The stairwells were very dirty and carpeting throughout the hotel has probably not been washed in years. We will never stay here again.
