Octavia in Elora works extremely helpful. Well on my day. I became ill and they got me tea with honey and cough drops. They kept my stay comfortable and entertained. I will definitely stay here again due to there. Attention in court courtesy

This hotel is disappointing, food was awful. Took ages to arrive, overcooked chicken, cold fries. Pizza was awful too. Drinks were also awful. Tasted like cheap soda drinks. Hotel was stuck on an industrial estate, banging of machinery. Would not recommend. The beds were comfortable, my only positive feedback.

"Lovely rooms and staff"

This hotel is a little bit out of broadway but there is a free shuttle bus (only takes 8 mins to get to the heart of the action) - the shuttle runs on the hour from 9am to 5pm then every half hour until 8.30. There is only one drop off point so easy to remember where to be to get back. The staff are lovely… especially Bald Angel who is the guy on reception. Super helpful and lots of top tips - he even gave us his ‘cheat sheet’ to try and get everything in with the time we have. The rooms are huge - a massive bed, microwave, safe, TV etc. The bathroom had a bath and shower and a big mirror. Just outside the room there is an ice machine on each level to help yourself. The bar is open 5-11pm each night with food served til 9pm. The guy on the bar was great - fab memory as he seemed to serve everyone at once! Really pleased with this place… would stay here again.

"Nice and comfy but couple issues…"

Place has superb location, very close to downtown and the stadium. Staff is friendly and attentive (particularly Angel). Rooms are clean and comfy. Only issue was payment on my reservation which has been a real headache… Also, breakfast is not free, which is very disappointing.
