We absolutely LOVED Andrea! So helpful with our room having issues and making accommodations for us! She was so patient and had amazing energy. We left very happy!

Very nice hotel, clean, modern, great staff. Manager Andrea Fletcher was fantastic! Very friendly, very helpful. She has a great attitude. She deserves a big raise! The room was clean and very cozy. The bar in the lobby was unexpected and was a very nice amenity. Bartender did a great job.

This is our second time staying here and is the best when we come to Nashville! The rooms are extremely clean and the housekeeping staff is amazing. They came back at 4 PM to clean our room one day. Staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. Hotel is just over the bridge to Nashville and is extremely easy to get an uber over for cheap! We will definitely be back!!

Yeah we stay here often and the bar is very fun. Justin, Jordan, and Melinda took good care of us. The hotel and bar have been remodeled and it looks great.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff, especially our new favorite bartender! Melinda opened the bar for us to have a beautiful cocktail while waiting for our complimentary shuttle downtown. Our stellar shuttle driver, Randall could not have been more fun!
