"Terrible Rooms"

The hotel in general is nice because of the Adventure Dome and the souvenir shops but as far as actually sleeping and staying there for vacation is not a good idea what’s so ever. I came home after spending 5 days there and now have carpet beetles crawling around everywhere from out of my suitcase. The rooms don’t have mini fridges, any type of coffee set up or hangers! Only thing they had was a blow dryer.

"You Get What You Pay For"
TripAdvisor user rating 2.0 out of 5

I’m not sure that I would book to stay at this hotel again. The facilities are very old and run down and seriously need to be refreshed. I mean even a little bit of fresh paint outside would help with the sun faded paint. The room was clean, but housekeeping after check in is poor! They do not clean your room daily. When we called to inquire we were told we can call and request supplies needed (new towels, toilet paper) and place our trash outside the door for pick up. To me that’s unacceptable service. The smell of marijuana is frequent in the hallways and elevators. The elevators? What is nightmarish disaster! They’re touchscreen where you select your floor before you get on. The screen will direct you to which elevator to use. It has no way of knowing how many are in your group so it can constantly over book and elevator with too many people that won’t all fit. On the weekend the elevator areas are super crowded with people trying to get on. With this hotel you get what you pay for. It may be the cheapest in the Strip, but don’t expect much. There’s also the fine print “50 daily deposit” that you’ll be surprised with during check in. If all you want and need is a place to lay your head for a night or two it will probably suit your needs. I won’t book it for a week long family vacation again!

"Worse hotel ever!"

Absolutely terrible experience. The room wasn’t cleaned, and when we got back around 1am, there were no clean towels. We called twice, and it still took over an hour for them to bring any. Completely unacceptable service—definitely stay away!

"Circus Circus misleading partnership with Westgate Resort"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

BEWARE! CIRCUS CIRCUS IS PERSUADING THEIR PAYING GUEST TO ATTENDED A TERRIBLE TIME SHARE PRESENTION, RUINING YOUR TIME AND MONEY SPENT AT THEIR HOTEL...READ FOR MORE Overall this hotel is the best case scenario of "you get what you pay for" Rooms are outdated. Motel 6 rooms are more updated. Room cleanliness is subpar. Checked in and nothing in the room was replaced, empty bottle of bodywash still in the shower caddy, old toilet roll of tissue, empty kleenex box, and a remote control that didn’t work. BUYER BEWARE I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent experience associated with Circus Circus Las Vegas and its promotional partnership with Westgate Resorts. We were initially approached by representatives affiliated with Circus Circus, who persuaded us to attend a tour at Westgate with promises of incentives including brunch, casino vouchers to gamble, a dinner, and a future complimentary hotel stay. While the brunch was not explicitly described as a “birthday brunch,” the representative emphasized that it would be a great option for us to enjoy as part of our birthday celebration in exchange for attending what was presented as a brief, 2-hour tour. During that interaction, we clearly shared that this was not only a birthday celebration, but also our first time visiting Las Vegas, and we expressed genuine excitement about creating a memorable experience. Unfortunately, those expectations were not only unmet, they were completely undermined. What should have been a special and memorable first experience in Las Vegas was ultimately ruined due to these misleading promises. In reality, what was presented as a 2-hour tour turned into an extended, high-pressure sales presentation lasting over five hours. Despite clearly declining multiple times and explaining that we were not in a financial position to commit, we were repeatedly approached with new offers. After completing the required tour, the experience became even more frustrating. Although we had fulfilled our obligation, the agent and their manager continued to delay our exit by repeatedly returning with additional sales tactics, despite our consistent refusal. We were told multiple times that we were “waiting for the gifts to come,” which created the impression that our vouchers were still being processed. However, it became clear that this was misleading. The vouchers were not being prepared or delivered separately, we simply needed a piece of paper that the agent had in their possession the entire time in order to retrieve the vouchers from the front desk. This document was intentionally withheld while we were kept waiting under the pretense of “processing gifts,” allowing additional time for further sales attempts in hopes that we would change our decision. Additionally, the incentives themselves were significantly misrepresented. The brunch provided was extremely low quality (hot dogs, rice, water), the casino vouchers were for an off-site, low-tier casino, and the promised future stay was tied to a travel company with consistently poor reviews. Overall, what was presented as valuable incentives turned out to be low-budget offerings that did not align with what was advertised. Instead of enjoying a birthday celebration and our first visit to Las Vegas as planned, we spent the majority of our day navigating persistent sales pressure and attempting to leave the presentation. This experience ultimately disrupted and diminished what should have been a meaningful and memorable occasion. Given the misleading nature of how this promotion was presented and handled, as well as the impact it had on both our birthday and first-time Las Vegas experience, I am requesting that Circus Circus Las Vegas review this situation and provide an appropriate resolution. At minimum, accountability is warranted to ensure future guests are not subjected to similar practices.
