It’s horrible? Absolute nothing like the pics. Has a horrible smell to it, it was so bad we paid $300 for another hotel for one night to get out of there. The staff was very unfriendly, no help with the complaint. 10/10 do not recommend staying here!!

Great staff, the machines payout and you leave feeling like you've had a really good day. This casino was one of our favourites, we were staying at the Paris Hotel on the strip but preferred getting an Uber up to Circus Circus but of the atmosphere around the place. Than you for welcoming us for a few days.

Just had 4 nights here with a couple of friends. Pretty mixed stay for all of us. When we checked into our room, it sounded like the family next door had 15 children, all of them with volume set at 11, running in and out, slamming the door etc. We'd just got off a 10 hour flight and there was no way I wanted to listen to that all evening, so we had a chat with the guy on the bell desk. He was really helpful and gave us a free upgrade to a suite in the Casino tower, which we were really grateful for. The room was massive, the bed was comfortable, and best of all it was completely quiet....so quiet in fact that it began to feel a bit spooky up there! Bad sides - no coffee maker, fridge door wouldn't shut properly, lack of toiletries, slightly unclean, very dated, room serviced only once. Good sides - very comfortable bed, quiet room, decent view, lots of space. Our friends had a similar experience but very noisy a/c in their room and the unit stuck out by the side of the bed in a weird kind of fashion! We found the staff to be friendly on the whole; the pool was uncrowded, the shops and food outlets were decent. Look - it was pretty much the cheapest hotel on the strip; you get what you pay for so don't expect the Bellagio. Even so, for the price, the whole hotel is getting pretty run down and dated; I didn't mind because I'm a fan of 80's slasher films, so it was right up my street, but there are plenty of folks who won't appreciate it!
