Circus Circus Hotel, Casino & Theme Park in Las Vegas, NV

We stayed 6 days, the food staff & shop staff are the rudest people we had to put up with, we stayed in room 1443, it had bed bugs that we found out end of our stay, first we thought it was chiggers from walks in desert but Dr confirmed it is bed bug bites, I’m happy to think they might demolish this motel in the near future

Wow, this place is a disgrace. Checked into our room only to find methamphetimines and paraphernalia wrapper , contacted security (marcus) n he was amazing I'm gonna say, but then we move to a second room and it was filthy. The hotel is just overall dirty n unprofessional.

Firstly the positives - the lifts are fast. That's where the good stuff stops. We had stayed here previously and the changes were dramatic. They no longer have a check-in desk, just kiosks and a skeleton staff nearby for additional support. This means that when you check-in, you don't get a single piece of information about your stay. On our previous stay there was valet parking, but that is no longer offered, so we asked a nearby staff member about the parking. Her rude reply was only 2 words "It's free". That's it! I then asked for more information and she mumbled something about the open air park and carpark 1 or 2. I have never experienced such rudeness EVER when checking in to a hotel. We went outside and found 2 strangers who looked like they had parked and were wheeling their bags towards the entrance. These 2 strangers were 1000 times more helpful than the actual staff member and directed us where to park our car. The so called refurbished rooms were already showing wear and tear, with peeling wallpaper. The hallways have some sort of laminate type flooring, which unfortunately means you can hear everyone walking down the hallways. We were at the end of a hallway, with no security cameras, which we soon discovered was a popular place for either staff or people staying there to smoke their weed. The doors have a gap underneath and so it came into our room. The hot water didn't work at first and a maintenance man came to check it. After that, it only worked if you ran the shower for at least 5 minutes first. What a terrible waste of water. The resort fee had increased since our booking, but since they only charge you once you check in, we couldn't do anything about it. $42 USD per night is outrageous! Don't even bother trying to call reception, they answered once after a short wait but then never again for the rest of our 3 night stay, I even left the phone on hold to see how long it would ring, but gave up after 20 minutes. Every time you walk near either of the entrances, you will be hassled by their Timeshare staff. By the way Circus Circus, we are still waiting for the invoice you said you would send once we checked out.
