"Great base hotel and midstay is perfect for retro games!"

Circus circus may not be the most modern hotel on the strip but we as a base for us being out from around all day for 4 adults it was affordable and exactually what we needed. Rooms were clean and Housekeeping left you to it until you needed them which we much prefer. Just give them a call in the morning and everything was sorted that day for you. I would say book a room in the skyrise or main hotel towers though for sure! Noise levels were not an issue where we were which was good. Walls are a bit thin but we are heavy sleepers so didn't again bother us at all. We stayed in the hotel for one evening and had a lovely pizza in the pizzeria and the midway was so much fun! Me and may partner (in our 30s) has loads of fun on the old games machines from when we were kids. Atmosphere was nice and friendly.I don't smoke but my partner and his nan liked the fact that they could smoke and still enjoy the casino area. The smoking isn't bother me at all. The staff we encountered were super friendly and couldn't fault them always smiled and said hi. We were at the hotel for 14 nights and the pool was a lovely place to wind down on a couple of those days. At the time we went there were not to many kids so was perfect. Location was amazing for us and we were doing stuff all over it was right in the middle of where we needed to be with easy access to the deuce bus and taxis were there ready throughout the day. I would stay here again if we ever ventured to las Vegas again and the issues we encountered were always acknowledged and sorted the same day by the teams. (Most just standard hospitality issues). Thankyou for having us!

"Overcrowded Casino Clearly Geared Toward Budget Guests"
TripAdvisor user rating 1.0 out of 5

I visited this property on New Year’s Eve for dinner at the steakhouse. Unfortunately, this was the dirtiest casino I’ve been in during any Vegas trip. I had about an hour to kill before dinner and spent a little time on the floor, but the table game selection was very limited and the entire casino had an unpleasant smell. There were also a lot of young kids around, far more than I’ve ever seen in a Las Vegas casino, which really took away from the atmosphere and overall experience. The check-in situation was chaotic. The line was extremely long, and I heard multiple people say they waited over two hours just to check in. While it didn’t directly impact my stay, it made navigating the casino difficult and added to the overall frustration. While playing, I noticed that my wife and I were definitely the highest bettors at the table. I was surprised that the pit boss never offered us a players card or any type of recognition, which felt unusual given our level of play. On a positive note, the dealer I played with was excellent—friendly and professional—and honestly deserved to be working at a much better property. I tipped her about $100, which she was genuinely appreciative of. I also tipped the cocktail waitress $5 for two waters, and she seemed surprised and very thankful, as if that kind of tip wasn’t common. As for the steakhouse, it was good. I had heard from several people that it was “the best in Vegas,” which I wouldn’t agree with, but for the price point, it was solid and worth it, though I wouldn’t rush back. Overall, this casino is clearly geared toward people on a very tight budget. It may serve that audience well, but it is definitely not the place to go if you’re looking for an upscale Las Vegas experience.
