We can't thank these incredible team members enough — they truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Alexis, the VIP ambassador, greeted us with a warm smile and genuine kindness. Angela, the manager from Venetian, was truly incredible — so caring and sincere. Our lovely server Anouar from Morocco made every meal a joy, and Jefri from Rumbar — what a guy! Anne, our server from Tropicale, was a delight. William from Calypso was amazing, and Danieliz, the manager, was an absolute gem who made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Marie, our room attendant from Haiti. She was so thoughtful and kind — we've traveled around the world, and this was truly one of the few places where every single person made us feel so welcomed, cared for, and appreciated. Our stay may have been short, but it was filled with unforgettable moments and incredible memories. We truly can't wait to come back. We hope these outstanding staff members are recognized for making Caribe Royale one of the most friendly and welcoming resorts in the world. We are forever grateful.

Ok so we are here for two weeks our 1st week so far first the good points. Nice pool. Clean nice size room with fridge and microwave. Comfy beds. Shuttle to disney parks easy and fastThe guys at the check in were fantastic very polite and a speedy check in xxx thanks guys xx other hotel staff are the same ? Well some are ? Ok now the BAD. We went to the market for food and snacks to be told they dont accept cash? And they had no change????? I explained i can pay the exact amount but they insisted it was card only ??? I was told i could not have the goods unless i have a card.. this is extremely lazy behaviour from the staff who are paid to serve you it was bad.. a hotel that does not want cash??? This also happened at the stadium club bar when we first arrived we ordered drinks and food at the bar to be told it was card only and they did not take cash ??? So again we left without drinks..my wife spoke to a manager or somebody in charge who was not happy with the cash situation.. so if you are planning on stopping at this hotel beware as a few places wont serve you if you have cash. Ohhhh the starbucks and the little shop are great they have no problem with cash at all.... i will update on our 2nd week at this hotel as we stay xx

This is the second time I've stayed at the Caribe Royale in Orlando, and both times were incredible visits. Both visits were for professional pool tournaments that the resort was hosting, and it couldn't be a more perfect venue. The hotel and resort itself are very clean, and the staff all around was nothing but friendly and accommodating each time. The centrally located pool makes it nice and easy to get outside for some sunshine and fresh air between matches, and the dining/drink options right on site offer a good variety at reasonable resort prices. The rooms are all suites to my knowledge, and offer plenty of comfortable/clean space for an individual or multiple people. The resort itself is a quick drive/ride-share to grocery stores and other restaurants, and is about 10 mins to Disney Springs (downtown Disney).

Great expérience, but Yesterday i had an awful réception at the Venetian restaurant by a young girl . I went to dinner with my wife and my kids ,the restaurant was empty around 9h00 pm in the evening, but the girl over the front desk ,put us just besides the door of the kitchens, and explain me the restaurant Will be close soon. I m élite traveller member ,it' s the first time that im received a such treatment ,i m asking to change the places ,and then thick over that accepted ,fortunatly German was a good guy makes me apologies for this bad behaviour. I used to spending a lot of money and times for my vacations ,it' s was a pity to found this kind of personn ,without sens of professionnalism working over such range of hotels Regards.
