This is the third time my best friend and I have stayed here for a girls trip. We plan on making it an annual thing. We just love it there and never want to go home! So many resturants and places to get food or drinks. Wonderful pool and pool bar. Service right where you sit by the pool. Very clean hotel for so many guests, 5 stars for housekeeping. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Valet service is excellent. Only negative this stay was some of the staff in the Stafium Club and Calypso Bar seemed to be overwhelmed as the were understaffed which made for a long wait time to get anything. Otherwise exceptional! It is on the pricey side with all the added fees but well worth it.

I came to the Caribe Royale on a business trip for a convention being held at thw hotel amd brought my hisband along. It was such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend visiting! The pool and hot tubs stay open late until 11:00. There are several restaurants and bars that stay open late as well witj excellent food and drink options. Everything is very walkable. We were bummed that the waterslide was closed the day we left so we didn't get a chance to check it out. The pool is heated ehich is really nice especially in October. The hotel is so nicely maintained and sparkling clean. The flamingo scavenger hunt was a fun little touch. We enjoyed checking out the hotel to find them. And I can't forget Mr. Steve!!! Steven Brown out by the pool. He has been with the hotel since the day they opened 29 years ago. I saw him interacting with a mom and her young daughter as he wished them a safe trip home. Clearly he had made an impact on them during their stay. He was so kind to offer me a towel and water. You don't see hospitality like that often anymore. It was refreshing to see someone who loves their job. Be sure to say hi to him when you're there and enjoy your stay!

Went to the Caribe Royale and had an absolute blast. The pool is huge and tons of fun. The service was amazing, especially the pool-side service we received from Steven Brown. He was super friendly, funny, amd always made sure we had towels and chair covers. He truly made this trip one of a kind! Thank you!
