Hotel and staff, Valets Chris & Beck are so friendly, helpful and efficient! Love the decor and size of the rooms, super comfy bed and the 1 st floor restuarant and bar is excellent! Great food, service and Orland was so gracious and friendly! Thank you Caption for a lovely stay‼️❤️

We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The location was perfect—super close to Broadway, easy to get to right off the interstate, and just as easy to hop back on when we left. It was very affordable for the area, which was a huge plus. The bed was comfortable, the TV and appliances all worked great, and the bathroom was especially nice and clean. The only downside was that there wasn’t a microwave in the room, which would’ve been convenient. Other than that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay

The Caption Hotel was very elegant, and comfortable. The room was cozy, clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for walking to nearby restaurants and local attractions like the Angel Wings. The staff was all very well-mannered and professional. My complaint is no parking available with your stay. The valet was great, but overloaded with arrivals when I needed my vehicle. I won’t knock him for that, but it was a hiccup when I was trying to make my reservation. The atmosphere was lowkey, and the guitarist did a great job of adding background ambient music.

This hotel was really good and everything that I expected and hoped it would be. We brought a bunch of people together and I chose this hotel and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice. The location is not too far from Broadway and the stadium so it worked out very well. Definitely would recommend.
