"Great overnight stay in Nashville on our way to Florida"

Great overnight stay in Nashville on our way to Florida. This hotel is closely located to the main tourist spots including the Broadway strip. The room was beautiful. Nice and clean and very stylish. The safe in our room didn't work. We waited 20+ minutes for the maintenance guy. He said it was a busy night. Unfortunately, he couldn't fix it. He did offer to manually lock our stuff in the safe, however we would have to get the morning maintenance staff person to unlock it for us. We decided not to push our luck on that one. My wife felt breakfast was a little off in terms of what was offered. No iced tea. No familiar breakfast meat and eggs options. I was ok with my choices. The valet was prompt and courteous. Other than the safe hiccup, we thought this hotel was very nice and I would certainly be open to coming back in the future!

I booked their largest room, called luxury room, but don't expect any luxury. The AC wasn't running properly, and room temperature would stay super hot, wich was awful to sleep. Besides that, there was a constant noise from the AC and also noise from the outside. There were LOTS of hair in the bathroom ... I asked for the room to be cleaned, but it turned out to appear even more har all over. Really disgusting. Breakfast is horrible, so is service at the hotel bar. They provide plastic glasses in the rooms, the worse coffee maker ever, and you can be sure you'll be better off at the amazing Canopy hotel nearby, paying the same and feeling happy all the time.

Highly recommend this hotel. Check in was great. Lobby bar staff are awesome and Beck and Riley from the valet team are wonderful. We ended up extending our trip which was no issues with the hotel. We would definitely come back!
