I recently stayed at the Canopy by Hilton in Philadelphia Center City and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-appointed, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Sometimes when you book through a third party site, you don't always receive the best experience. But I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and level of care, as I received a text check-in to ensure I was satisfied and to offer any assistance I might need during my stay. The only downside was that I could hear some noises from neighboring rooms through the vents, but it didn’t significantly affect my overall comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and exceptional hospitality!

"The place place to stay Center City"

The hotel has a very unique and artsy vibe! The rooms are spacious and finely appointed. There is plenty of room to both work and relax. The staff is friendly and attentive to your every need. The bar and lobby area are both swinging places to hang if your have big plans at night. The location is right in the middle of the central Philly - lots of good place to eat and see!!

First, staff including the valet people were helpful and very nice. Second, hotel is in an excellent location to tour the city. Third, the hotel was clean and nice enough. Our two rooms were on the small side and the bathroom and bedroom have sliding doors instead of conventional doors. Also, the air conditioner was on the loud side but the noise was mitigated by closing the door to the bathroom. Would we stay there again? We might because we accrue Hilton points. We just did not think it was a good value given the price we paid even with the Hilton Honors discount

Excellent hotel in best location to explore the city, for the city relatively spacious room and bathroom, well designed, everything spotlessly clean, daily housekeeping without discussions, breakfast in well managed restaurant recommended, diamond status well appreciated with upgrade, late checkout and all, fantastic staff at restaurant and reception. Stay here when in Philly.
