"Great location and great staff (Ciara)"

Ciara at the front desk was awesome. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and more importantly, a pleasure to talk to. Honestly, it was the best check-in experience ever. Overall, the room has a decent size and pretty quite. I love the location of the hotel very much - almost 6 - 10 minutes to everywhere I want to go.

"Best place to stay in Philly"

I always chose this hotel when I go to Philly. The staff is always willing to help and welcoming. The location is more than perfect, a 10-minute walk to visitor center and independence hall, and 10-minute drive to Amtrak station. The room is spacious and has a door that seperates the bed zone and the living zone, which really helps insulate noise from the hallway. Try to ask for a room facing the office building, almost no traffic noise there. I also like the shades that block the sun to give you a sound sleep whole night.

I recently stayed at this charming property for a conference in January. Never having been to Philadelphia, I had no idea what to expect. My experience was truly wonderful! The location of the hotel is so convenient to downtown - close to the historic market, a quick walk to the Liberty Bell and lots of restaurants and shops, as well as the convention center. The hotel's lobby was warm and inviting; the rooms were a good size with very comfortable beds, adequate storage for clothing and a spacious enough bathroom that I didn't feel cramped while getting ready in the mornings. I enjoyed the Nespresso machine in my room, and while I didn't use it, the cooling drawer was nice to have as well. The aesthetic was very modern/urban and different, but the very best feature of this hotel was the staff. From the bellmen to the front desk to the housekeepers - everyone was friendly and attentive. A specific shoutout to Sony, who helped me with a question about my room prior to my arrival. He went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable in a lovely, quiet room with a beautiful city view! He and Ciara were both great. I wish I knew the name of the housekeeper who cleaned my room as well because she was fantastic. These days there are so many choices for lodging, properties work hard to differentiate themselves from the competition. The best, most effective way to do that is to leave an indelible impression of care. From what I experienced, the staff at the Canopy by Hilton in Philadelphia understood that assignment. I hope my travels will bring me back to Philly soon.
