"Things were going great until…"

Check-in was very easy valet parking at $60 is a bit agressive in my opinion but the gentleman who took our car was very kind. Check-in was smooth and the two people at the check-in desk were super super nice. Our room was very well appointed I would not change a thing it was great. Here is where things got a little uncomfortable after dinner. Friday night we came back to the hotel in the lobby was absolutely packed and reeked of marijuana. Apparently there was some sort of concert going on the rooftop of this hotel. We had no way to get to the elevator to go to our room. We were ready to go to bed, but there were hundreds of people milling around. We could not even get to the elevator. So either you are a hotel with a nice rooftop bar or you are a concert venue, but don’t be both it absolutely ruined our night took us almost 20 minutes just to get to our room and again the marijuana smell, which is of no control of the hotel unless you choose not to have a concert in a hotel of that size. If they want to do that, they should have a separate elevator and a separate entrance. Doubt I would go back if it’s just going to be a concert venue occasionally and you don’t know when.

10/10 hotel experience here at Canopy. The service was exceptional and they did not fail to make us feel right at home. Upon entering the hotel, we were greeted by wonderful, friendly staff. Especially Gaurav who gave us a late check out for a flight later in the evening. There is also a hotel car that drops you off anywhere in a one mile radius. He was very friendly and even recommended us places to see. The entire experience was wonderful and the rooms were very comfy. It is also located in a great spot in Nashville with delicious food and great shopping. Definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

From the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we left we were treated with top tier service and hospitality. Every space was clean, we had everything we needed in our room and loved spending time at the bar in the lobby and sitting on the rooftop with gorgeous views of the city. The bed was very comfortable and you can control the curtains with a remote which is a nice perk! We will definitely be back!

Staff were friendly and kind. Pleasant from check-in to discharge. Room service came within a reasonable time. Hotel is cute and trendy. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a comfortable bed and excellent customer service experience.
