"Nice newer hotel! Large rooms."

This hotel has a great location. The overall look of it is very nice and modern. Upon entering the lobby it is so welcoming. We arrived very late and nobody was at the check in desk. I waited for 10-15 minutes and a man finally arrived. Customer Service was lacking, but it was late. The rooms are very large. All the decor is very pretty and modern. I loved the lighting and nice bathrooms. Only complain inside the room was the sliding door for the bathroom. It isn't very private. The bathrooms were so nice and modern. I loved the amenities of hand soap and lotion in large bottles. The shower is amazing!! The beds are very comfortable. Normally hotel beds have thin covers but this was warm and welcoming. The windows have shades that are retractable. So nice for the black out shade. We didn't eat anything. The breakfast isn't free, but $9.99 a person I believe. I have stayed at many hotels. This is one of my favorite rooms.

"Car show in October ruined our fall weekend in Pigeon Forge"

Weather was great, our hotel (Cambria) was great, the people were great…however, there was a car show in town and it caused paralyzing traffic. Could not drive anywhere, could not park anywhere…the noise from the modified cars was deafening, the excessive speed of the cars was terrifying…and, in general, our weekend was to attend a wedding, which we did, but other than that, the weekend was a bust. We could not enjoy any tourist attractions. The only restaurant we could enjoy was one very close to our hotel. Bravely went down to Gatlinburg on Saturday afternoon (in bumper to bumper traffic) only to find it was worse than Pigeon Forge. Could not park, could not turn around, could not eat….this was probably my first and last visit to Pigeon Forge. Lovely town…but not in October 2025.

"repeat stay but may change on our next trip"

In the last year, this is where we have stayed multiple times because of the location and the fact it waws so quiet compared to staying on the main drag in pigeon forge.. Well last week, this changed. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and noticed that next door there were many cars in the open area and people milling around. We checked in to Cambria and went up to our room. Nice room, clean and same as other trips. Well we were going to get our dinner, but police, I would guess at least 10 police cars with lights flashing were blocking all the area around Cambria and traffic was all backed up. After approx 1/2 hour traffic started moving and police drove away. We were finallly able to leave parking lotl. All was good untel 2nd night when there was alot of noise in the hallway outside our room around 2am. Noise continued for several hours. We were there for 5 nights and never had our cleaned or trash emptied, only given clean towels each day. I know covid changed things in hotels, but I think a quick tidy would of been nice.

"A nice clean, peaceful place off the beaten path"

Very nice, clean and modern. Total environment was welcoming, safe and with plentiful parking. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Bathrooms were impeccably clean, spacious and with a great stall shower and plenty of hot water. We were unfamiliar with this hotel brand and did not realize breakfast was not included. We ate and were questioned about our reservation status. We apologized and offered to pay for our food and breakfasts for our remaining stay. It was about $10 each and not a great value on food offered but the dining area, seating, utensils, convenience and presentation make it worth the charge. It was a peaceful meal. We enjoyed the room but being so modern, there was an abundance of LED lighting which seemed fairly harsh with few options for adjusting the overall lighting to a less intense experience. We would stay again.

"Great modern hotel"

The hotel is very, very nice. I’ve never stayed in a Choice Hotel that was a nice as this one. It’s very modern. We had a Mountain View from our room.It has a built in make up mirror in the mirror in the bathroom. It has a black out shade , great for napping. It’s close to everything, yet off the main drag. Pet friendly and reasonably priced. Staff is efficient and friendly. The bed was a little firm, which is fine for me. Rain shower head in the shower. Breakfast was $9.99 a person which is not bad. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to everyone!
