"Great Location, But Could Use a Refresh"

The location of the hotel is awesome—right on the Strip and within walking distance of tons of restaurants and activities. If you’re not into walking, no worries, there are plenty of dining options inside the hotel itself, including a celebrity food court. Just keep in mind, eating here isn’t exactly cheap. The hotel could use a bit of a facelift. The room décor is pretty basic, and the furniture and molding are definitely showing their age. On the plus side, the room was clean and the mattress was comfy (though it’s on the softer side). We stayed in the Julius Tower, which was fine overall. One thing to note: if you’re using the self-parking lot, be ready for a long walk to the front desk—it’s a hike. On the bright side, the Rewards Center near the buffet was a highlight. Alicia Monk helped us out and she was super friendly and helpful.

Location, atmosphere, rooms, cleanliness 5 star. Service - 2 stars while gambling, consensus amongst our group was that it was not the waitresses fault. Value was 0 stars. Two drinks at the coliseum hen we were at the concert were $80.00. Everything was insanely expensive. The drop in tourism has little to do with Canada or tariffs. We won't be back.

"Unwelcome , Unclean and Rude Staff"

Dear Caesars Palace Management Team, I am writing to formally complain about my experience during check-in and the condition of my room during my current stay at Caesars Palace. My party and I arrived at approximately 1:30 AM after a long and exhausting flight. We had reserved and prepaid for a specific room online. Upon arrival, we were informed by the front desk agent, Jason, that the room we had reserved was not available. This was not clearly explained at first, and it was only when I noticed “Octavius” written on the room key packet that I realized we were being assigned a completely different room than the one we had booked. When I raised this concern, Jason responded by saying, “You booked through a third party, it’s whatever room is left.” This was said in a rude and dismissive manner, and he showed little interest in assisting us or offering a reasonable explanation. He then told us that if we wanted the room changed, we would have to return to reception the following morning, despite the late hour and our exhaustion from travel. Unfortunately, the situation worsened once we entered the room. The condition was completely unacceptable and far below the standard expected of Caesars Palace. The bathroom was visibly dirty, with heavy limescale buildup, toothpaste splashed across surfaces, a broken bathroom cabinet mirror, and a broken shower knob. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected prior to our arrival. As we are still currently staying at the hotel, this experience has significantly impacted the start of our stay. I am very disappointed by both the level of customer service and the condition of the room provided. I would appreciate this matter being addressed urgently, including a review of the conduct of the front desk agent involved, and a prompt resolution to ensure the remainder of our stay meets the standards expected of Caesars Palace. I would also like to discuss appropriate compensation for this experience. I look forward to your response hearing back via my email that has been sent.
