Just wanted to say this is such a gorgeous hotel! Tonia was AMAZING! Went above and beyond to get our room upgraded and told us little places to see around the hotel. She was so friendly and welcoming!

Brilliant. Location was the best on the strip. We were looked after on check in by Cody, he was informative and so helpful. Our room was massive, view of the pools. And we enjoyed all the bars and restaurants in the hotel. Even won on the roulette table.

"Disappointing"

This property needs some updating and housekeeping needs to step up their game! There were toothpaste splatters all over the bathroom wall, baseboards were disgusting, and the furniture has seen better days. The furniture is pretty scuffed up, and looks like what you would see at a Motel 6. There’s a Keurig machine in the room, but bring your own coffee pods unless you want to pay the exorbitant prices for pods that you can buy from the mini bar. But the worst part of the stay was the 2 hour and 10 minute wait in the check-in line to get my room key. There were about 60 people in the line ahead of me, about 20 computer terminals for registration employees, and TWO people working at the desk. I didn’t make it to my room until 3 AM, and had an 8 AM meeting.

"Don’t stay in the Julius tower. Confirm at check in re housekeeping."

Stayed for a wedding. Booked via 3rd party maybe that’s why we were given a poor room . Allocated a Julius tower room as others have mentioned the various towers are of different vintages. Our room was old and tired with chipped furniture as per previous photos on here and worn carpet. Everything is an upcharge - don’t touch the mini bar in fact photograph it when you get there as ours appeared not to be full. On this holiday we stayed on various places including a basic $70 motel and always had K cup coffee included - here you have to buy a pack of coffee for the machine . No fridge space for your use at and no microwave. View from 7th floor of the back roof. Nothing else. Also we were not asked if we wanted housekeeping and didn’t know we had to ask - again a $70 motel had automatic housekeeping visits. Apparently we were “opted out “ when we called guest services 😡. My sister upgraded for $$ and got an Octavius tower room which was better with view and jacuzzi - though it didn’t work properly ( and they were “ opted out “ of housekeeping without being asked too) The $65 “ resort fee”- the upcharge you don’t even get the chance to decline gave access to a nice gym but otherwise it just paid for internet which again everywhere else provides inclusive. And you can’t opt out and use your phone internet either.
