I always use TripAdvisor to help me select a hotel. I read reviews and one person said this hotel was in a shady area with homeless people. No way! The hotel is location on a main street and we did not see any homeless people. In fact, we felt safe here. With that said, check in was prompt and polite. We were given two bottles of water (appreciated), the WiFi password and told what the breakfast included hours were. The room was a sweet surprise! It was very large and BONUS there is a Keurig (well, cheaper brand). I travel with my favorite K-cups so I was really pleased. The bathroom is really large and I LOVED the "women's" area. I mean, a place with mirrors including on the side (so I can see the side and back of my head)! Wow! A hair dryer with outlets was right there, too. The toilet was in an enclosed room, too. There is only one negative-- and that is the hot water. It took forever for the water to heat, and even then it was more "tepid" than hot. Breakfast was a pleasant surprised. Coffee machine with a choice of Americamo, Latte, Capuccino etc. Nice! Orange or Apple juice dispenser. Omelette (not hand made for you... more pre-fab, but still good. Potatoes, sausage, yogurt, fruit, pastries. Really a nice setup and much appreciated. We will definitely return here on our next trip South. Good property.

Booked a mobility accessible room which was in the 2nd floor (318). Desk clerk said it “wasn’t a far walk”, which it was plus a bathtub which is hard for me to get into. Called the desk to complain. He changed our room to down stairs with a walking.

All around great service! Nice clean rooms. A great heated pool and hot tub. Bbq pit for all to use. Great breakfast! Awesome latte machine!
