"Charming Stay!"

We enjoyed our suite at BWI. It was large and even had a two-sink counter in the bathroom area. The room was quiet and the bedding and mattress were divine. Slept an hour or two longer than normal as a result. The two TVs are a good size. One chair needed to be replaced but the sofa was very nice and comfortable. The patio was private in the back and surrounded by plants with a koi pond. and small lizards. There were gardens throughout the hotel with a number of koi ponds and two large pools. We enjoyed eating breakfast outdoors by the pool and a koi pond and fountain.

"Dirty carpet not worth the money."

I booked this hotel months ago, because of the location. Now here is what I got. 1 room with 2 queen beds, the air vent blew on us all night because it was on the wall right across from the beds. Dirty carpet that left our feet black ( good thing I had handi wipes) didn't want to walk back to the bathroom for a wash cloth. The toilet didn't flush right, and my husband tried to fix it. Giant hole in carpet right by the bed. We went away to visit a friend and when we came back both of our cards wouldn't work. So I walked all around the building to get to the office. Only for the lady to say it was because it was next to your cellphone, neither one of us put it anywhere near our phones we know better. The lady was very rude! Also this hotel has its lobby shared with an Italian restaurant, so getting in is not easy. They have four buildings and at night you cannot read the room numbers. Now on the good side, we did get a private patio that went out to the pool area. But I would not stay here again.

"Nothing Fancy but it Works"

Great location, close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Short drive to Old Naples. Great staff, clean rooms. Place is under renovation so it can only get better. Nothing fancy but it serves its purpose. Mind that the pools are not heated. Very lush gardens.

Our room was clean and comfortable. It appeared to have been recently renovated. However the glass shower doors leaked. One of the ice machines was broken which was a minor inconvenience. We truly enjoyed the lush garden area around the pool. I loved the quirky statues! The breakfast offered in the morning was top notch and much appreciated.

We looked for a reasonably-priced hotel for our first visit to pricey Naples. The Best Western had very good reviews and prices which fit our budget. The BW is an older motel with a condo building with lush plantings and two pools. (The hot tub was not working when we visited.) Parking is very convenient. The staff was as responsive and cordial as previous reviews had suggested. The complimentary breakfast is laid out on the bar next to the pool where there are table and chairs. Options included eggs, sausage, cook-your-own waffles, muffins, hot and cold drinks, etc. we stayed in the condo building in a one-bedroom renovated apartment (ask) unit. There were two very large screen TVs. The location is a very short drive to activities, beach, restaurants, etc. The facility is not a shiny new hotel, but it has aged in a charming way. Not sure if all the units have been renovated, but the one we stayed in had a full kitchen with new appliances and counters, new bathroom with modern sinks, and good bedding. We loved it! (We booked on Trip Advisor.)
