Just five minutes drive from Naples beach, Best Western Naples Inn & Suites features two outdoor swimming pools and two hot tubs. A complimentary full breakfast is served buffet-style daily. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. A complimentary hotel shuttle to Lowdermilk Beach Park is provided.

All rooms are equipped with a microwave and a small refrigerator. Apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen. A flat-screen TV with HD cable channels and HBO is provided. Tea-and-coffee-making facilities are offered in the rooms at the Best Western Naples Inn and Suites.

"Old Florida Charm in a lush setting and convenient location."

We looked for a reasonably-priced hotel for our first visit to pricey Naples. The Best Western had very good reviews and prices which fit our budget. The BW is an older motel with a condo building with lush plantings and two pools. (The hot tub was not working when we visited.) Parking is very convenient. The staff was as responsive and cordial as previous reviews had suggested. The complimentary breakfast is laid out on the bar next to the pool where there are table and chairs. Options included eggs, sausage, cook-your-own waffles, muffins, hot and cold drinks, etc. we stayed in the condo building in a one-bedroom renovated apartment (ask) unit. There were two very large screen TVs. The location is a very short drive to activities, beach, restaurants, etc. The facility is not a shiny new hotel, but it has aged in a charming way. Not sure if all the units have been renovated, but the one we stayed in had a full kitchen with new appliances and counters, new bathroom with modern sinks, and good bedding. We loved it! (We booked on Trip Advisor.)

"Poor customer service"

It was a nice location and the breakfast staff was friendly, but our plumbing was broken. We had maintenance in our room four different times and had to switch rooms because the sink would not drain. My husband had fix the toilet because it wouldn’t flush.The TV had three lines down the middle which we reported on day 1. All of these concerns were explained at checkout and basically they didn’t seem to care.

We stayed one night at Best Western Naples Inn & Suites after booking last minute and overall really enjoyed the location, amenities, and how smooth checkout was. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast and pool staff were genuinely kind and welcoming. After checkout, our family went straight from the hotel pool to the beach and spent most of the day swimming while waiting for our next place to be ready. Unfortunately, after checking into our next hotel, we realized my 11-year-old nephew had left his bag in the closet of our room. He was very clear about where it was left, and this was discovered the same day we checked out. Because the next hotel was close by, my mom drove back that evening (December 26, 2025) to ask the front desk if the bag had been found. The overnight/front desk agent was dismissive and unkind, did not check lost and found, ask for details, or offer to follow up in any way. My mom explained she’d come back in the morning, upset because my nephew had no clothes besides his swimsuit and a shirt on the first full day of our trip. The next morning (December 27, 2025), my mom returned as promised. The same employee was on duty. While speaking in Spanish with another employee, she made eye contact with my mom and flipped her off before continuing her conversation. After making my mom wait, she then reached behind the counter and handed over my nephew’s bag. This was our first stay here, and we truly enjoyed everything about the property itself. We visit Naples often and had planned to stay here again. However, the after-stay experience was concerning. My mom is 65 years old, and the way she was treated while simply trying to recover a child’s belongings was inappropriate and disappointing. Long shifts are understandable — disrespectful behavior toward guests is not.

"Great location, excellent hotel option"

A great hotel option in an excellent location. Parking is ample Our room was very spacious, albeit with decor that was a bit tired and could do with a refurb. Our allocated room was on the upper floor, as requested, but the lift servicing this floor was out of service which was something of an issue as I have a bad knee. We had no problem getting chairs/sunloungers by the pool, as needed, and it was a very pleasant place to sit with plenty of shade, if needed. The pool was unheated at the time of our stay, which was not a problem as the ambient air temperature was high at the time. The free breakfast in the pool area was very welcome. Room rates were very reasonable for Naples.
