"Take better care of handicapped guests"

Room was great! Bathroom was not! We had requested a handicap-accessible room. There were several of us on a bus tour to Branson. Rather than tell us there were limited rooms, we were booked into regular rooms. Then they brought a foam toilet riser and velcroed it to the seat. The hole was about 4 inches in the back and not even 3 inches in the front. It was covered in vinyl - like a table cloth. The bathroom door rubbed on the toilet when opening the door all the way. So a little issue going on there! Best Western - you can do better. A large percentage of your guests are older people who would appreciate a higher toilet, and also a shower that isn't inside a high tub to step into. The room was clean and breakfast buffet was, also.

"Just like home!"

The location is perfect! Very close to everything in Branson , but away from the hustle and bustle of Hwy 76. They have thought of everything to make your stay like home including a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The free breakfast is good with lots of choices! And the front desk will help you find an attraction or show, and even get your tickets!

"Clean and convenient"

Quiet location, but still near everything. Room was clean and spacious (we had the family room with a pull-out couch).. Staff was friendly, large indoor pool, great breakfast, they even had a small arcade. Check-in and check-out was quick. Bathroom had 2 sinks - one in the bathroom area and another right outside the bathroom with a make-up mirror and hair dryer. The extra sink helped our family get ready quickly.

Amazing stay desk employees Stacy, Cheri & Andrew went above and beyond making us feel like we were home. Definitely feel like they are now new friends. Breakfast staff kept everything clean and full. The entire experience was amazing and next year I will be staying here again.

"Excellent staff"

Service is excellent. I booked two rooms and requested first floor due to mobility issues. Staff was great to accommodate us. The breakfast options are plentiful. My only complaint was that the waffle machine was out of order. Pancakes, omelets, sausage and biscuits with gravy were available. The pool area is great and includes both a hot tub and sauna.
