Best Western Music Capital Inn in Branson, MO

Good rooms, standard layouts. Bathroom was clean but a little tight with no exhaust. Well situated on major routes. Housekeeping was very polite and helpful and the breakfast staff was nice and kept food hot and filled. An indoor pool for our granddaughter. Easy access to area attractions. Ozarks. We stayed here the last week in August and enjoyed our stay, However, it was marred by poor customer relations after we returned home. An employee left a message on our home phone that housekeeping found our granddaughters ring in the room after checkout. We contacted the hotel when we rested from the drive and were told that the GM was out and would be the one to contact. We tried numerous times to contact, but met with excuses. It is now the end of September and our last call ended with the information that the ring could not be found. Extremely disappointed and won't book there again.

Stayed here for the weekend to attend Sight and Sound theatre the motel was great, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plenty they had a menu out each day and a good variety of food. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was nice. I especially liked the plastic bath mat in the shower as I am always worried about slipping that was a little extra that we appreciated. Would recommend highly good location not busy on the highway easy to get to the theatre.

Main entrance where lobby/check in and breakfast space is on 2nd floor (land around it slopes on backside to 1st floor where pool is). We stayed on 2nd/main floor in a king accessible room. It has a door bell light for hearing impaired, with a switch inside to turn off if not needed. Bathroom is nice and large. Tub/shower has a fold down bench in it with the shower head is a handheld also. King bed is very low to ground, my husband is tall and he was not as happy about trying to get up off of it, however I a 5-1 and it was perfect. :) The hotel was in a great location, near many things to do and places to eat and shows just up the street. Plenty of parking. There are barely enough plug ins to charge 2 phones and 2 watches. We had to move the night stand out and unplug the clock for one. Might consider a small power cord or something to make it easier. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, biscuits/gravy, toast, cereal, etc, Pancakes/waffle machines. Nice chairs and tables in lobby to get together with friends or play games on the one table. Was clean and comfortable. We bought our show tickets through front desk, saved us $8-10 ea show.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, comfy beds and pillows. Most of all the staff was amazing! Cheri went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Next trip to Branson we will definitely be staying here.

Wonderful stay, I can't think of anything they could have changed to make it better. Great check in, full breakfast buffet, clean rooms, cheerful workers.
