"Bowling trip. Price was pretty fair. Was ok experience. "

Bed sheets appeared clean, but bed was very wrinkled and just not a great appearance. No hair dryer in the room but when I went to front desk to ask for one, they did give me one. Hardly any plug-ins in the room. It did seem pretty clean. They offered free breakfast but we didn't check it out.

A quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Easy access to parking. Ten minute drive to downtown Kansas City. Aaron at front desk was especially helpful and welcoming. The free breakfast was just the basics, nothing fancy. Would definitely stay here again, recommended!

Great stay. Needed a break from family. Booked online. Was having a bad day when I arrived. Taran helped me feel better just by being nice and understanding. Would stay again I had a corner ground floor room. It stayed warm. Bed was nice and comfy.

The hotel staff is very accommodating. Aaron the clerk is very knowledgeable and very handy. The beds and pillows are amazing. Wi-Fi is fast. Very convenient right off I-35. I would recommend staying there. We have stayed there every two week for over a year.

Mattress is lumpy and bed creaks with every move. No hair dryer in room, front staff found one in another room that wass dirty and disgusting. .front staff never at desk and you need to ring bell multiple times to get service . Didn't stay for breakfast
