"Clean, comfortable"

This place was awesome! Clean, good water pressure, comfortable! I will stay here again. We visited during Labor Day weekend and it was a great experience.

"lesson learned"

The staff was good, but there were several issues with the rooms. I found random water on the floor and a strong smell of mold, which made it difficult to breathe. I had to switch rooms because the smell on the first floor was so overwhelming. The pool looked green, so we chose not to swim. Additionally, the elevator started to get stuck, so we mostly used the stairs. Overall, I paid $320 for two nights, but to be honest, this felt more like a $60-a-night hotel—it was not worth the price at all. I initially chose this place because of the pool, gym, and breakfast. However, the gym was not full-size, and the treadmill was broken. On the plus side, the breakfast was good, and the beds were comfortable. In the end, I realized that an Airbnb is cheaper and usually comes with a lot fewer problems. Since an Airbnb is only $300, I will likely stay in one from now on instead of a hotel.

Our room was clean and spacious. Loved the balcony and views. Breakfast had many options with fruit. The pool area needs a couple of umbrellas. I love that the hotel had free food for the turtles. Very quit. The staff were very helpful when needed. I would recommend some landscaping in the front entrance. The chairs on the balcony were comfortable. I would recommend some larger trash cans in the room. Overall we are pleased with our choice.

"Gorgeous views and property even if you’re on a budget"

Nicely kept property Lots of ice and vending machines for late night snacking We like to take stairs, not elevators, to keep our bodies moving and even the staircases are clean! The view of the lake from the back porch is amazing! You can walk down to it also Front desk was extremely courteous Room rates are the best around Lake Hamilton Nice free breakfast too We will stay here again!!!!

We have stayed here b/4! This trip was not up to previous trips. 1. Check in great 2. Room clean, bed comfortable, 3. Couch and chair was damp? Probably from previous guest. 4. Office chair broken back 5. Major complaint was outside maintenance! Lounge chairs were completely cushions flat. Weeds growing everywhere
