Very nice stay. I really appreciated the kindness of everyone. Breakfast was great! I just needed a place to sleep & stay warm. I was able to be comfortable for the night!

I would like to start by complimenting your staff. They were helpful and friendly throughout our stay; the issues we experienced were related to the room condition and other guests rather than the service. During our stay in room 107 this past Friday and Saturday, we encountered significant mold issues in the bathroom. While I did not notice the extent of it until showering on the morning of checkout, there was visible mold on the ceiling, in the shower tile grout, and on the tub caulk. Most concerning was the mold on the wall where the towels are hung. Additionally, the heater cover in the room was broken or detached. I also want to address the clear consumption of cannabis inside the building. As a long-term medical marijuana patient, it was obvious that marijuana was being smoked indoors given how strong the smell was throughout the stay.

Hotel is nice, clean, good breakfast. My only issue was no housekeeping for 3 days. That's too long! Needs to be at least every other day. 1 small trashcan- need bigger or more.

"Cold and Unhappy"

I want to start by saying I do applaud the effort and generosity your manager, eric scott, has put into our community to help those in need. It is recognized and appreciated by all in our community. When it comes to the satisfaction of my stay, if I had known the furnace was out, I would not have booked a room here. When I arrived our rooms were freezing. After hours of waiting, it finally warmed up enough for our noses and fingers to not be cold anymore. I was having my sons birthday celebration, he's wanted a pool party for a while now. Members of my family, especially my grandmother, had an extremely hard time getting warm, even in the pool area. The hallways & pool area were so cold, I didn't want to swim. I worked up the courage to try the hot tub but theres very few jets & the position they are in are useless. I had to remain in the pool area with my kids after getting out of the hot tub, being in there for only a few minutes, I sat under the heat lamps to try to stay warm. They do not put out hardly any heat, let alone battle the cold in the room. I'm not ok with not being notified that the building would be cold. When addressed to the front desk, she told me she could give me a towel to roll up and put in front of the door like a draft blocker🤯 Pardon you? I did not spend hard earned money on these rooms to be met with a cold establishment, causing people to leave & putting a huge damper on my sons day, & a "deal with it" attitude by the staff. It sucks because I grew up in this town & have used this hotel multiple times. Unfortunately, this stay has made it so I wont be wasting my money here again. Best Western across the street will be where I recommend those looking for a room to go.
