"Terrible experience."

The stay was very bad. First they charge you $10 a day for parking, so you get charged for the day you come and the day you leave. So if you stay one night it is $20 for parking at a place you stay. Next, the room had no refrigerator. Wife and daughter both diabetic needed a refrigerator. Had a free upgrade but would not let us do that. Wanted to charge us $65 more for a room with refrigerator. They say buffet style breakfast on website. Breakfast suppose to last til 9AM. Went at 8AM, not much left and they would not replenish the breakfast. Had to ask just to get milk. One of the worse stays in the 40 years I have stayed at any hotel.

"Worst experience with unprofessional staff I have ever experienced"

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your Baymont property located at 6805 North Argonne Street, Denver, CO, on the night of June 24th. Upon entering my first assigned room, I was appalled to discover pubic hair in multiple areas—including the desk. I immediately requested to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room provided was also unacceptable: the remote control was duct-taped together, there were visible holes in the carpet, hair on the floor, exposed brackets, and various stains throughout. Due to the late hour and an early morning meeting, I had no choice but to stay in the second room despite these issues. The most troubling part of my experience occurred at approximately 11:15 PM. I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from the front desk, asking for my name. I found this odd—surely my name should already be on file. When I questioned this, a male voice suddenly took over and shouted, "This is a heads-in-beds check!" and aggressively demanded my name. Still suspecting a scam, I declined to provide it. The caller then abruptly hung up. Concerned, I called the front desk to report the suspicious call—only to hear the same voice answer. He again began shouting and then hung up on me. When I went down to the lobby, I overheard this same individual—whose name I later learned is Charlie—complaining about me to a colleague. When I asked for an explanation, Charlie became increasingly belligerent, yelling at me to go away and retreating to a back room where he continued shouting while the other employee attempted to de-escalate the situation. She was apologetic and provided me with the general manager’s card. I attempted several times over the next two weeks to speak with the general manager, Nicole Panameno but received no response. Calls were either not returned, disconnected, or I was told she was out of office. I eventually sent an email and was told she would be on vacation and that I should just correspond via email. I then turned to the managing hotel group KDiamond and again was directed to an email. I sent the email with this information and never received a response.

We stayed at the Baymont Denver Airport. We know it's the Baymont, not the Hyatt or the Waldorf Astoria. But no matter which hotel, no matter what category, there should be no difference in cleanliness. Our room was dirty; there was a sanitary pad right next to the bed, plastic wrappers behind the toilet door, the toilet door was dirty, and a pillowcase had a red stain. I don't even want to know what kind of bugs are hiding on the floor. There were still hairs from previous guests in the bathtub/shower. The hand soap dispenser was also empty, but it fits the picture. Finally, at 9:25 p.m., an employee opened our room door without knocking. We were already asleep. I demanded an explanation for what had happened, but nothing happened. We were told that the manager, Nicole P., would contact us, but nothing happened. Receptionist Christian had the absolute nerve: "If you didn't like it, then it's better if you leave now." I was speechless. Unfortunately, I booked this hotel again without the option to cancel, from August 19th to August 20th.

90s style, clean spacious room and bathroom, coffee facilities and comfortable bed. Swimming pool looked small and was out of action. Would use again.
