I didn't even stay due to "technical" issues and staff in house being not honest with what they are saying to 3rd party reservations. Naomi, Kelly and Sabrina were less than helpful, lacked any knowledge of things coming out of their mouth. And John I believe, the manager who couldn't be onsite, was down right AWFUL on the phone. Completely no professionalism and used a situation of a lady by herself to be a bully. One hour and forty minutes for me to walk out come to the Tru and knowing Bass pro will never get my or my business money again. The Resort is old, run down and I noted 4 reservations cancelled during my long time there as they are not up front with guest that's their biggest amenities of pool and hot tub are down! Do better Bass Pro brand

When I first booked this hotel, I wasn’t sure about it. But, it was awesome. From the time you walk in, until you leave, it is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are cozy, with a western feel. The beds were so comfy. The bathroom was ultra clean. This hotel is directly across from the Bass Pro world headquarters and while I’m not big into this type of store, it could have been a destination all its own. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here one night only to break up a long drive home and check out the huge Flagship Bass Pro. I usually spend at least an hour reviewing a hotel before booking, even for one night. But this time I was in a hurry. We are from Memphis and the Pyramid Bass Pro hotel looks upscale, so it will be great, right?.....WRONG! Any mid level Fairfield, Hampton, Drury, you name it, will be far, far better than this hotel for the price. Once we got it our room, we almost checked out. Homeless man asked us for money in the parking lot, and we saw him camped out outside our window. Funny how Bass Pro photoshops this property. Very narrow hallways, dirty floors, low end all the way, but a mid-level price. Very disappointing.

Very noisy guests who seem to think it’s ok to shout in the corridors until midnight. Maybe that’s how they behave at home. Receptionists not very keen to tell guests to be more couteous

"Expected more from the Bass Pro name"

From the moment we checked in things weren’t what I had expected from the Bass Pro name. When we were trying to check in, the lady at the desk charged us the wrong price multiple times. We explained to her every time what the price should be and she agreed. The issue seemed to be she had to manually apply the discount and she didn’t know how to subtract a percentage from the price. We showed her how to do that so we were able to finally check in. This process took 45 minutes. When we checked out we found out she charged us twice for a pet and the entire price was still wrong. Luckily the lady (a different one) that checked us out was amazing and helpful and definitely knew what she was doing. How refreshing. Back to after we checked in, we were finally in our room and had been there for about 20 minutes and received our first of 3 calls asking if our room was clean. It seemed cleanish enough so we told her yes. On the third call she said she needed to move us because house keeping didn’t mark the room clean yet. Ok, fine. We pack up our stuff, broke down the dog crate, and moved. On our way to the new room, the cleaning staff (2 women and a man) was staring us down like somehow we were the problem here. We didn’t assign ourselves this room but sure, let’s stare at each other. And while we were staring at each other, we asked for a couple more bottles of the tiny shampoo and the dude acted like it was coming out of his personal stash. The room itself was tiny and not great but that could have been overlooked if the staff would have been better. We love everything Bass Pro stamps their name on so we definitely expected more. Super disappointed.
