"Great hotel if walking is not a problem"

Our first time staying at Aria, and we chose it due to my mobility issue. We thought it would be easy to access the other casinos/restaurants/shops in City Center. The room was ok, but the sleeper sofa was so hard and impossible to get comfortable on. The bathroom was unusual as there was a huge bathtub in the rear of the shower stall. Very basic bedding, but the ARIA provided robes and slippers plus a large safe. No coffee maker or usable refrigerator. Beds were really tall, so had to struggle to climb in if you are shorter. Hard to locate the room based on the odd numbering and many branches leading to different halls. We had a great time in the casino. Won and lost....but had so much fun. Hard to find a cocktail server, and one was absolutely ugly/rude with the players at the slots. Bet she won't be there long. Fantastic housekeeping! Room was super clean and loved the privacy/servicing button on the door. Took a long time to figure out all of the technology, like opening the drapes and figuring out the lighting. Restaurants were absolutely amazing (except for charging $6 for sodas with no free refills). We did not even need to leave the hotel for the most amazing dining experiences. However, it was not a short journey to other hotels/shops at City Center. For instance, to get to the Cosmo hallway, you have to walk outside and to the Vdara. This was what tipped the hat and why we checked out early. The rideshare has been moved to the lower level way down the sidewalk past the hotel. For someone with mobility issues, that was simply too far to walk. The only scooter available at the hotel was $50 per day and could not leave Aria. We moved next door to the Vdara where everything was more convenient, with rideshare right outside the front doors (close to the elevators).

I truly do not understand all the great reviews for this hotel. My husband and I struggled over the decision between the Bellagio and the Aria Hotels during our recent visit. We usually stay at the Bellagio but decided to try the Aria for something different. Such a disappointment with the room at Aria. Curtains were broken and hanging of the rod. Furniture was all worn, along with the carpet. The view out to the strip was not really much of a view at all. We immediately switched over to the Bellagio and so happy that we went back. Rooms have been recently renovated, beautifully and a much nicer bathroom. Our view .. even though was not over the fountain/strip .. was lovely! Will stick to our tried and true hotel in the future.

"Quiet Elegance, Aria Las Vegas"

The Aria is a quietly elegant place to stay in Las Vegas. Their attention to detail is high class. From the in-room coffee options to the Sky Suites lounge near the casino, there are so many reasons to choose Aria over the other upscale hotels. The in-room coffee option comes packed in its own box with bottled water and plenty of coffee, tea, sugar and cream. The bathroom is well fitted to the space, with the tub in the shower stall, you can stay warm during the transition. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, as well as a fresh-smelling scent in the room that wasn't overpowering. But the most luxurious room amenity was waking up and simply pushing a bedside button to open the drapes and take in the floor to ceiling view of the city. I felt like I was in a posh penthouse! The Sky Suites Lounge was far and away something I really enjoyed. A cozy nook to get away from the noise of the casino (without having to go back to my room) complete with coffee, water, juice, soda and daily snacks. A great way to revive and refuel. The snacks were quite substantial. At breakfast there were egg white bites, mini croissants and a delicious energy bite that I couldn't get enough of to name a few options. At lunch and into the evening we were supplied with cheese and crackers and other savories. There was also fruit available all day. The employees at Aria are also some of the most friendly and helpful in Las Vegas. If the line at the coffee station was too long a member of the staff would go to the back to get you coffee. The front desk was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and were so efficient at helping us get a cab at check-out. All in all, Aria is the best hotel if what you want is quiet elegance without the over-the-top garishness of some of the others.
