"Luxury Stay With Stunning Views"

Great stay at ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The Sky Suites were exceptional and left nothing to be desired—beautifully comfortable, spacious, and paired with amazing views. The atmosphere throughout the resort was energetic and upbeat. There is a great variety of restaurants available on property, both casual and high end. The location is another major highlight, making it easy to enjoy everything Las Vegas has to offer. The only downside was dining reservations. We arrived on a Friday morning and found it nearly impossible to secure dinner reservations at most of the resort’s restaurants for any time during our stay through Monday. Planning dining well in advance is necessary if wanting to eat at certain restaurants. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable resort.

"Smart hotel, with an upbeat vibe"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

Visited from the Uk and after a 10 hour flight we were greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. Room was on the 19th floor and even though there were a few marks on the furniture, the room was excellent, with a great view and a good space. Hotel casino has an upbeat vibe, which we loved and the whole hotel is smart and elegant, with a lovely scent when you enter. We particularly enjoyed the Proper Eats food court, the Lift Bar and pools (although on one hot day only 1 pool was open, which made it difficult to find a sunbed). We liked the convenience of walking through to Park MGM and Vdara/Cosmo/Bellagio hotels. We would love to return in the future.

"Grand Expectations"

Reviewed April 08, 2026 NEW
From the moment we arrived, Aria lived up to its name: the entrance hall was imposing and refined, exceeding our expectations and perfectly capturing the Strip’s energy.  The welcome was exemplary; staff were warm and genuine, embodying the hospitality  you expect in Las Vegas. The Room: Technology and Shared Comfort Access to guest floors is strictly by keycard. The room was well laid out and suitable for our party of three: ample storage, and a modern bathroom with both shower and soaking tub, all in good condition. Attentive, Human Service remained courteous and professional from the valets to housekeeping.  Special mention to the casino staff member who took time to explain a table game a thoughtful gesture we appreciated. The Discordant Notes: Logistics and Maintenance However, several issues marred the stay: Flow and coordination: the path between the busy casino floor and the guest elevators lacks fluidity; better organization would ease the transition from excitement to calm. Response to requests: our upgrade request was met with a blunt refusal “the hotel is full a reply that felt insufficiently nuanced for an establishment of this caliber. Scale of the complex: Aria is built for large conventions; though you’re technically on  the Strip, reaching it requires significant walking. Dust and upkeep: some furniture showed wear, missing pieces, and accumulated dust, giving a slightly dated impression. Technical Failures and Morning Disruptions
The most critical issue was the room control tablet failing at 12:10 PM, which rendered several room functions inaccessible. Despite calls and a promised remote reboot, we had to wait for a physical replacement. Additionally, tile work in a nearby room  at 9:30 AM woke us; the concierge said no other complaints had been received but  handled the situation professionally and assured us compensation would be offered. Conclusion
Aria remains an architectural icon on the Strip, backed by a frontline team that understands high-end hospitality. To move from “premium” to truly seamless, high-performance service, the property must fix friction in its digital ecosystem and tighten  operational logistics. In a place where time is currency, a frozen room tablet or uncoordinated maintenance are significant failures. Aria’s massive footprint is an advantage for conventions but a drawback for travellers seeking efficiency and proximity. Jerome.
