"A Great, fun and clean place to stay"

my 3 grandsons and I love the AmericInn in Wisconsin Dells. We stay here 2 to 3 times a year. The rooms are nice, we always get a balcony room on the wooded side, so beautiful. The pool, hot tub and kiddie pool are always clean. The free breakfast is nice too, many hot items as well as cereal, toast & bagels. But, the BEST part of staying here is Travis! He is always so cheerful, friendly, helpful and accommodating. My grandsons love him and greatly look forward to visiting with him every time we stay. Travis is amazing!

"Disappointing Stay from Start to Finish"

When checking in at AmericInn by Wyndham in the Dells, there was an immediate push for a timeshare presentation, which felt tacky and inappropriate. The condition of the room was equally disappointing. It was visibly dirty, we found broken toy pieces on the floor, something that should have been caught during even the most basic cleaning. The bathroom was worse, with a strong odor suggesting it hadn't been properly cleaned in weeks. To make matters more frustrating, the toilet rocked back and forth when used, which is simply unacceptable maintenance. Breakfast was another letdown. The offerings were embarrassingly minimal, waffles, cereal, a few apples, and three pieces of bread to toast. Overall, the experience felt neglected and poorly managed. I would strongly reconsider staying here.
