"Just ok"

The stay was just okay. The room seemed dated and the bathroom was very small, which was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was included but ended quite early at 9 AM, which was inconvenient. When checking out, our keys stopped working at 10 AM even though checkout wasn’t until 11, which caused some frustration. Overall, an average experience with some notable drawbacks.

We had a wonderful time at Americinn. Customer service was excellent, lady that worked on PM shift 11/7 and 11/8 was very kind and polite. Pool was very clean and warm and it was nice that they have a splash pad, the hot tub was a plus! Breakfast was very good and many options to choose from. Our room was clean and smelled good! No complaints! Will definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable stay, but with a few dings against it. The most annoying was a weird knocking sound that we guessed was coming from the hot water pipes. It woke us up at 11:00 the first night. We heard it on and off throughout our stay. We could have asked for a room change but had already unpacked and settled in, so we dealt with it. The other issue was breakfast (or lack thereof). The inn was pretty full…lots of families…and food disappeared quickly—and wasn’t restocked immediately. We found a few items to eat but would have appreciated having a full spread of choices as advertised. We’d probably eat earlier next time before the crowds hit.

Fairly clean. Bedding and bathrooms were pretty good, floors not so much. Continental breakfast was good, my only complaint was that the eating area was SO cramped. More dining space is needed. Every staff member I interacted with was great!

"Nice place just not pool"

We had a room with a hot tub. Very good. Loved it. Offered breakfast buffet everyday. Our room had a balcony and forest view so got to see some wildlife. Thought our room was gonna get cleaned at least once during our 5 day stay but they didn't. Their pool area is sad. The pool was cold and shallow. The deep end was 3'11". The hot tub was very hot.
