"Excellent service & memorable stay with a pool"

Travis at the front desk was amazing! He was super friendly, very accommodating and very knowledgeable. His customer service, is by far the best I have ever seen in all my years of staying at hotels. He is able to multitask, helping multiple customers at the same time and do so flawlessly, leaving everyone in smiles. As I was talking with him and staff at the front desk as he was still helping other customers, he had somehow managed to write down a list of activities to check out and I didn’t even see him do it. The housekeeping even Awed me. They were young males, which I haven’t ever seen before, they knew English, and they were quick to assist wherever it was needed, and even before being asked. They too were friendly and had warm smiles. Travis at the front desk is truly exceptional. He possess valuable skills that can greatly benefit EVERY hotel. I told him he needs to train every hotel. His talent is so important in the hospitality industry, his character & expertise needs to be instilled in others. Travis and staff provided my family with exceptional service & a very memorable experience. Thank you!!!

Loved my time here! The staff were warm and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The pool and restaurant were fantastic, and the location was perfect; close to attractions but still peaceful. I’ll definitely be back!

We stayed at AmericInn by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells and had a terrifying experience. In our room there was a floor outlet with half the cover missing — my toddler got close, and when I tried to block him, I was shocked by electricity. The manager offered no apology, no room change, and said compensation would only be possible if a doctor confirmed injuries. They brought in their own experts who said it would be almost impossible to get shocked by this outlet, basically saying we made the whole thing up. I am no expert, but I know when I’ve been shocked! Unsafe and careless — not a place for families.

"Nice Stay & Location"

Comfortable hotel room and lovely beds! Our room was clean and ready when they said it would be. Lots of space for storing luggage, shoes, and whatever else you are bringing with you. The small fridge and microwave are nice! We requested a rollaway bed since our kids are 14 and 9 and don't sleep well together anymore. It wasn't the most comfortable but to be expected. The pool area was great and the hot tub was a super nice size and HOT! We took full advantage of the free Noah's Ark wristbands and enjoyed an afternoon there before we even checked into our room. Just showed up at the hotel and got the bands! The one area for improvement would be breakfast. The food itself was decent, a typical hotel breakfast but the area to eat is too small for the number of people who wanted to eat. Maybe some additional tables could be put into the game room during breakfast time?! Also, there didn't seem to be a staff person really attending to breakfast. Items were out of stock for way too long. Staff can be hard to come by, I understand this, but there were a few people just hanging out behind the front desk that could have assisted the one hotel staff member that was trying her best to keep up with the garbage, need for more food, need for coffee cups, keeping tables clean, etc. We would definitely stay here again but I'll opt to go have breakfast out if we have time.

Dirty all over floor. Dirt, crumbs, hair. not enough food for anyone at breakfast. Water pressure very low. Asked fromt desk.t9 clean room, they did but left my door literally open so my belongings were at risk for being taken..strong chemical soray used to cover smells. Had to open window for fresh air. Front desk guy was terrible and uncaring.
