Breathtaking views - Amazing Spa - Well Appointed Rooms This property was invitingly cozy without losing elegance. The ABar was a delightful in house pub/bar that provided great food and an excellent negroni. The Tram to the top of the mountain is a great experience as is the very unique FIZZ at the top. The gym was decent with enough room and equipment so that several people could work out comfortably, but truthfully most of the exercise at this location was accomplished on the beautiful ski slopes.

"What a hidden gem!"

I wanted to commend Alyeska resort and staff for making our long weekend trip a wonderful experience. The hotel is lovely, the nordic spa is a wonderful experience, and the convenience for skiing/snowboarding is nearly unparalleled. We were fortunate enough to experience the Black Diamond club on the 8th floor. It was a terrific space to eat, get drinks and snacks, and to just relax throughout the day. I wanted to appreciate Marius, who is the manager the Black Diamond Club, as well as Sharon and Lexi. All the staff in the Black Diamond club were excellent. Marius and Sharon in particular were so helpful and friendly. I also want to commend Josh and Greg at the bell desk. We arrived very early to the resort because we took a red eye that landed at 5 am. We weren't able to check in early, because they had a full house for the weekend. But Josh went above and beyond to help my family get some rest and made it possible for us to gear up and make it up to that mountain. The lady at the Concierge desk was excellent as well. The snow conditions were blah, and the visibility was poor, but the overall experience at Alyeska was wonderful thanks to the amazing staff. Pete

"Not what it once was"

Ugh, it pains me to write this! I have been traveling to Alaska to visit Alyeska on my birthday for 13 years and sadly this will be the last trip. The hotel condition has gone down hill so badly but what’s worse is the customer service has become deplorable.
