Kennedy Space Center Visitor Center Attractions

Space Shuttle Atlantis

Get a close-up view of Atlantis, the only space shuttle displayed in flight. Space Shuttle Atlantis also includes more than 60 interactive exhibits celebrating the history, technology, and impact of NASA’s Space Shuttle Program.

Science on a Sphere

This exhibit that allows visitors to go on a 3D journey around the globe, as seen from space. You can see everything from weather and tide patterns to aircraft movement.

Hubble Space Telescope Theater

Narrated by Leonardo DiCaprio, Hubble 3D IMAX film is told right from the spot on which Space Shuttle Discovery launched to deploy the telescope. Besides footage showing how astronauts brave outer space to keep the telescope operational, Hubble 3D sends viewers into the hearts of galaxies revealed by the telescope over the last 25 years. Including an exact replica of the telescope suspended between two stories of the Space Shuttle Atlantis® attraction, HST Theater also allows a close-up look at the configuration of Hubble and its solar arrays.

Heroes & Legends

Celebrate the pioneers of NASA’s early space programs which inspired a nation to reach for the stars. This new attraction, presented by Boeing®, also features the U.S. Astronaut Hall of Fame®

Saturn V Rocket

This monumental 363-foot rocket launched America’s brave astronauts, who traveled to the moon and back, fulfilling the dreams and imagination of people around the world. Stroll the length of this amazing machine — marveling at the stages of the rocket and the sheer, awe-inspiring scale. This must-see attraction is included as the final stop on the KSC Bus Tour.

Astronaut Encounter

Meet an astronaut during a live presentation at Astronaut Encounter.

Lunar Theater

Relive the final few minutes leading up to the first words ever spoken from the surface of the moon, “…the Eagle has landed.”

Shuttle Launch Experience

Go for launch and experience the sights, sounds, and sensations of blasting off into space aboard the space shuttle!

Single Admission

Kennedy Space Center admission includes full tour of Kennedy Space Center, IMAX 3D space films, numerous exhibits and shows, the Kennedy Space Center Bus Tour, Shuttle Launch Experience and Space Shuttle Atlantis.

Cosmic Quest Badge

Designed for guests ages 8 - 12 but suitable for explorers of all ages, Cosmic Quest is an addition to the price of daily single admission.Using a custom Cosmic Quest badge (activation device), guests embark on five NASA-inspired adventures based on actual NASA science and missions of the future. For the first time ever, they can become a space expert and learn what it takes to work for NASA.

Admission + KSC Up-Close Tour

This ticket type features everything included in the single admission ticket plus one of the following:
  • KSC Up-Close Launch Control Center Tour
  • KSC Up-Close Explore Tour
  • KSC Up-Close Cape Canaveral Tour: Then & Now Tours (Then & Now tour only has limited availability Thur-Sun)
