This event is open to anyone who wants to participate by drumming, dancing, or watching.

Where is the Event?

Asheville Drum Circle is held every Friday night in Pritchard Park. The park is located downtown on Patton Avenue at College Street.

When is Friday Night Drum Circle?

The event is held every Friday night in April-October. Also, it can occur on warmer nights during other months.

What Time Does it Begin?

Typically drummers begin showing up around 6 PM. Visitors and drummers arrive throughout the night until the event ends at 10 PM.

This is a completely free event for both drummers, dancers, and observers.

Who Should Attend?

Join folks of every age and description. Watch people dance to the thunderous rhythm of the dozens of drums. Or better yet, join in by playing or dancing! See the individuality and diversity of Asheville.
