Branson, Missouri will be celebrating our nation’s Independence Day with a variety of fireworks displays and special events. Celebrate the 4th of July in Branson, MO with events that light up the night, and make for a memorable Americana celebration.
Celebrate America College of the Ozarks – Honor America – June 30
College of the Ozarks celebrates America with their annual Honor America event on Sunday, June 30. The free event begins with a picnic at 6:00 pm, with entertainment and kids activities offered through 9:00 pm. The Fireworks Finale will occur slightly thereafter. Organizers of the event create an atmosphere that reminds one of old-fashioned patriotic celebrations, complete with a family-friendly atmosphere.
The Keeter Center is also hosting an All-American Barbeque that same day. The Barbeque will include a gourmet dinner, children’s activities and a reserved seat for the Honor America fireworks display. Call 417-690-2146 for reservations.
Fireburst 2019 Celebration – July 3
The annual Fireburst at Table Rock Lake, hosted by the Table Rock Lake Chamber of Commerce, takes place in the center of Kimberling City overlooking the lake. Viewing spots include the Kimberling City Shopping Mall and Harter House parking lots as well as near the north end of the bridge over Table Rock Lake. The best view, of course, is on the water. Over 1,000 boats will crowd the lake for this huge fireworks show on Table Rock Lake in Kimberling City. The fireworks show will begin at dusk. Approximate start time for fireworks is 9 pm.
Liberty Light Up Celebration – July 3
The 11th annual Liberty Light Up Celebration is scheduled for July 3 at the Branson Landing. The Liberty Light Up Concert will feature Jason Pritchett & The Steel Horses on Branson Landing’s stage. Following the performance, Branson Landing’s 11th Annual Liberty Light Up will fill the skies over Lake Taneycomo with an amazing choreographed Fireworks Display Show produced by Gateway Fireworks Displays. Event is held from 6 pm – 10 pm.
Chateau on the Lake Fireworks Display – July 4
Chateau on the Lake Resort celebrates Independence Day with an outdoor BBQ event, complete with live entertainment. During this 4th of July in Branson event, there will be a grand fireworks finale at dusk. You can view the display by boat on Table Rock, near Moonshine Beach and from the Chateau’s public areas. Public Parking for July 4th Fireworks is $15 per vehicle to non-guests of the resort. Parking for non-guests opens at 1:00 PM.
Please note, the Red, White + Blue BBQ is $34 for Adults + $18 for Children (ages 6-12 | 5 under Free) | Open to the Public.
Hollister 4th of July Celebration – July 4
The 66th annual Hollister 4th of July Celebration is the oldest fireworks display in Taney County. The celebration is presented by the City of Hollister Fire Department at Chad A. Fuqua Memorial Park. Fireworks are scheduled for dusk.
The evening kicks off at 6:00 pm with the 7th Annual Little Miss Firecracker Pageant. At 7:45 pm, New Premiere Dance Academy will entertain the crowd with their award-winning performances.
Top of the Rock – July 4
Top of the Rock will light-up the night sky with a spectacular fireworks display at dusk. Dine at one of their on-site establishments, such as Osage Restaurant, for an optimum vantage point. You can also view the fireworks display by boat on Table Rock Lake.
Big Cedar Lodge Independence Day Celebration – July 4
Top of the Rock’s sister property, Big Cedar, also hosts a 4th of July event. A Patriotic Picnic will kick off at 4:30 pm with activities, games, a watermelon eating contest and more! Activities like tye-dye, face painting, inflatables, games, and contests will also be available. Then, 80s tribute band Members Only will perform from 8:00 pm – 9:30 pm before the fireworks show begins around 9:30 pm.

Parking is available for $20 per vehicle. Shuttles will run to Big Cedar Lodge and Top of the Rock guests can park on-site.
Fire & Thunder July 4th Celebration – July 4
Shell Knob is hosting a spectacular fireworks display that can be seen via both water and land. Before the fireworks, there will be a boat parade with the theme “Let Freedom Ring.” Participants are encouraged to decorate their boats for the chance to win cash prizes.
Fireworks will start just after dark from approximately ½ mile east of the Shell Knob Bridge.
