Amy Wallace, a native of Southwest Missouri, has joined Reserve Direct. Wallace has worked both in Springfield and Branson in the Travel and Tourism Industry for 20 years. With combined experience in both hospitality and theatres, she has an extensive background in sales and marketing. Her expertise aligns perfectly with her new role as Branson Market Manager.
As Wallace will be representing Reserve Direct’s local travel website, Reserve Branson, her knowledge of local tourism is vital. Her role as Market Manager will allow her to cultivate travel supplier relationships and destination opportunities throughout Branson. Wallace will also act as liaison between Branson travel suppliers and other Reserve Direct employees to best address product and consumer needs.
“Amy’s years of involvement in the Branson tourism industry, as well as her strong familiarity with sales and marketing, make her an apt fit for the Reserve Direct team,” stated John Johnson, President of Reserve Direct. “Further, we believe she will be able to fill the role nicely as Diana Coleman Kersh, who has previously held the role of Branson Market Manager, transitions to Senior Market Manager, where she will oversee all Reserve Direct markets.”
