Overall a super pleasant experience from beginning to end. They were flexible in changing our start time and the check in process was a breeze. We zipped through paradise with the help of Gtes, Kendall and Rachel. Good tips on agriculture, botany, geology and history. They were knowledgeable and fun! They made it an exhilarating (and safe) experience for my pole-hugging, leg-shaking, scared-of-heights mom, so super thankful for that! Would come back again. Mahalo

We are not zip-liners and would never have taken on something this radical without the sense of professionalism and safety and care we felt. Great service, great value and great fun. This is a group of people who care for their customers and are really well versed in local indigenous folklore, flora and fauna. It was a super informative and exciting day. Congratulations all on a well rounded experience.

"Great Adventure - Loved It!"

Our group of 6 did Ziplining Through Paradise with KapohoKine Adventures with a Groupon.  It was the first time ziplining for all of us and we all had a blast!  We arrived at the KapohoKine Adventures store at the Double Tree Hotel about 45 minutes before the van left to go to the ziplining camp.  There's a nice area outside of the hotel near the ocean that we were able to sit at and relax prior to departing.  In total there was a group of 12 in our ziplining group.  The drive from the hotel to the ziplining camp took about a half hour and once the van left the paved city roads, it was a very bumpy ride, especially for those sitting in the back like I was!    Once arriving at the ziplining camp we met our 3 guides who got everyone geared up and went over the safety rules.  All 3 of them were phenomenal (I can only recall one of their names - Emily and there was another male and female guide on our tour).  They were all very patient with our party as some of us were hesitant to "jump" off the platform at first but they were good sports about it.  In order to get up to the ziplines and transfer from one zipline platform to the next, you have to walk up/across suspension bridges.   After the first 4 ziplines we had a break for water, fruit (Apple Banana, Rambutan and Longan) and the restroom.  The second half of the course had the longest and most fun lines!  If you have a Go Pro be sure to use it the whole time!  My only regret is filming the second half of the course instead of the entire thing.   The guides were all very personable and made it a point to learn and use all of the guests names.  They all had great chill personalities which made the entire tour that much more enjoyable.  Anything you bring with you you have to carry the whole time, so be sure to have a light backup that can hold everything.  We had great weather during the day but it did start sprinkling during the last line of the day, so bringing a light jacket is suggested.  After the last line, we got out of our gear and then drove back to the hotel where we were able to purchase photos that were taken during the trip or souvenirs from the gift shop. Overall, I highly recommend this if you are looking for a Zipline Adventure.  Definitely worth the money!

"Great zip lining with a 7yr old"

My daughter, age 7, wanted to zip line so badly on this trip to Hawaii. She is featherweight, just under 50lb so I had to call over the island for a place that would take her. Luckily, we found Kapohokine Adventures, and on our last day on the island we drove 2hrs across for a spectacular afternoon. Destiny, Leigh, Maria, and Chevy were expert, funny, and took great care of all of us- taking her tandem on a couple of the super long lines so she wouldn’t get stuck. The lines were thrilling, over tree canopies and several waterfalls. Highly recommend to anyone wishing to zip line with little ones (age 5 and up, 35lb and up).
