"Enjoyed Show!"
March 2019
This was the first time that I have attended a magic show. The theater was clean, comfortable and well run. The magician (Terry Evanswood) and his cast of accompanying performers were very entertaining. I enjoyed and appreciated not only the courage he showed in expressing his uplifting personal thoughts but also the thoughts themselves.

Loved the show. They include quite a bit of comedy, which we loved. The only thing we weren't crazy about was towards the end, there was a lot of "talking" and we kinda lost interest. Definitely worth the money spent though.

Tip: Don't expect this to be a top notch show but a good value for the price. I have been to other magus shows in Pigeon Forge so I had something to compare it to.

"Best show in Pigeon Forge!!!!"
April 2018
We go to this show every time we visit Pigeon Forge. There is always something new in the show and it never gets old. We have taken several family members and friends and everyone has raved about Terry and his cast. I love that he takes a stand for God and keeps the show fast-paced with a constant WOW factor. If you want to see a great illusionist, cast and crew, with comedy thrown in, and an interactive experience, this is the show for you!!!

My partner and I went to see the show tonight for my birthday and Terry Evanswood seemed quite ill prepared. I'm no magician but when you can actually see the assistant walk thru the curtain after she sings and "disappears" mysteriously, it ruins the illusion. Additionally, the levitation prior to the mysterious disappearance was quite obviously a lift that was malfunctioning as you could see that assistant jerkily raise from the ground. Terry also didn't keep the microphone near his mouth so he was addressing the audience by simply speaking loudly, which was offputting. The absolute best part was the brunette assistant. She was greatly funny, a great performer, and engaged the audience.

We (two adults) really enjoy magic shows. We saw The Wonder of Magic starring Terry Evanswood with Samantha, Jessica, and Mike Thanksgiving night 2019. Even though it's mostly geared toward kids, we were very entertained by this show and had a good time. The seating is first-come, first-served, but that wasn't really an issue in this small theater (seats maybe less than 500) that night because there were only less than 50 people in there. I guess Evanswood still hasn't gotten the news that his little transgender innuendo isn't funny anymore, but he and his assistants definitely have good rapport as we could see them cracking jokes with each other during the show. One time I saw Samantha say to him, "stop it!" as if he were trying to get her to laugh about something that wasn't really part of the levitation act. All that aside, the show was fun and we might see it again if we go at a different time of year (this was the Christmas show). FYI...do NOT plan on taking pictures during the show. The cast stays after for group photos, though!

My 11 year old son and I were in Pigeon Forge as I attend a Gospel Awards event. We were looking for things to do on a rainy day (originally we planned to spend the day at Dollywood). We have been to Wonderworks before and decide to spend some time in the museum. I’m not exactly sure why we change our dinner plans, but we did in order to stay for the magic show. Awesome. That’s all I can say. I enjoyed the show, but more important to me is that my son was so captivated. The cast was great and Terry was magnificent. The entire family will be back during Thanksgiving. We will definitely make this a stop on the agenda. Especially since it will be the Christmas show. I was impressed that it was described as emphasizing the TRUE magic and TRUE reason for the season.

What a fabulous show, suitable for the entire family! We went with two other couples, and all of us were mesmerized by the magic. The jokes were corny, as well as entertaining since it IS a family show. This was the Halloween show. It was spooktacular with ghoulish good fun. The costumes were terrific, especially the ladies. We liked the audience involvement, which always adds an interesting twist to whatever the audience member does. My favorite trick was Terry being sawn in half. I have no idea how it was done. It blew me away! Terry and his crew were the best on stage and off stage. They have a meet and greet in between shows (we were at the 5:30 show before the 8PM show). They are cordial and charming, and pose for photos with gusto. If you are looking for a magical night, see this show!

Let me start by saying we have now seen Terry Evanswood perform 23 times! We have been going to TN for about 26 years now, and ALWAYS see his show AT Least once a year! He changes it up, BUT his slight of hand is AMAZING!! His stage presence is wonderful, he ALWAYS engages his audience, every single time. And his Magic is well worth seeing time and again! We have had our daughter, my parents, family and friends come with us and everyone, at every show has come away awed and happy! A must see!
