"Great fun!"
February 2019
This was a great experience! I highly recommend Dennis as your tour guide. He could be a stand up comedian. The wildlife were amazing! Lots of birds and a couple of alligators were interesting and we learned a bit about Florida wildlife. I would go again anytime!

"Great Experience"
February 2018
We had never been on an airboat before. It was a great experience. Our guide was terrific. He got us up close to a number of alligator 's as we made way through the water. We most certainly would come back here for another ride!

"fun day"
October 2017
day was overcast, but that did not slow down our fun day. Animals, most were very well kept. white tale deer could use a little help. The food was very good and a good price. The air boat ride is not required, but we went for it, and very glad we did. Mark was our captain/tour guide. Great time. Would HIGHLY recommend.

"Family vacation 2015"
April 2015
We really enjoyed our time in Florida. The airboat ride at Wild Florida was exceptional. Our boat Captain ( John ) was very knowledgeable of the area where he took us. We seen many gators and other animals that are indigenous to the area. There were three groups in our family and we all made reservations at separate times. Wild Florida was very accommodating in getting our groups together so we could ride in one boat. After the airboat ride we walked through the animal park. We had the pleasure to see feeding 10+ foot alligators and many of the different animals they have on display. Would do it again in the future.

Tip: Take the early boat ride. More gators and animals moving about. Don't be in a hurry. Take your time, relax and have fun. Just as it should be when vacationing.

"Awesome Airboat ride."
April 2015
We had a great ride for our group of 15. Our Capt. Was very good and knew where to look for Gators. The Zoo was also pretty neat, my 2 year old nephew got to hug and hold a 2 foot Gator.

"Very good"

Went on a 30 minute airboat tour and entrance to the park. The airboat was very good - only downside was we only saw one alligator. Entrance to the park after was very good and the swamp land was impressive, I found some of the enclosures slightly small for their inhabitants and due to the heat/humidity many of the inhabitants were sleeping so no fault of the park. Worth a visit to get away from the amusement parks and a change of pace.

"Worth it because of the Animal Park too! (Wild Florida)."

Really good day. We did 30 minute tour. We then did the animal park adjacent. Food ok too. There are shows at the park, including the giant alligator ‘Crusher’. The tour on the lake was great, but beware, wear glasses and use the ear protectors.

We didn't do the airboat ride, we opted only for the Wildlife Park, which is full of all kinds of animals. You can get fairly close to the animals on display, and OF COURSE, proper safety measures were taken for the more dangerous animals. This park was safe for all visitors when we were there. Alligators, crocodiles, snakes, parrots, and more. The gift shop is well stocked, there is a restaurant on site as well as a place to buy ice cream!

"A highlight of our trip"

This is REAL FLORIDA. Nothing against Disney & Universal and all that, but if you want your family to begin to experience real Florida in all its rough beauty, this is the place. Start in the outdoor zoo. Sure, most of the animals are in cages (and that's not the vogue these days); but nothing feels oppressive. And you will really SEE the animals; not a sign telling you what is supposedly in the cage. No one is the wrong age to enjoy the petting zoo area. Get in there and feed a goat! And then the highlight of your experience: boarding an 8 to 12 seat air-boat, putting on the complimentary noise-cancelling headphones, and zooming out into the lake. Though half-hour excursions are available, I strongly recommend the full-hour trip. We circumnavigated the entire lake; stopping in the marshes several times to see female gators up-close protecting their nests. Several variety of native large birds were all around. And the wild bald eagle!! This is not just Wild Florida; this is Wild America. Go!!
