This Washington DC bus tour is a half-day tour that lasts approximately 4 hours. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your selected tour time for check-in. The general tour will end at 2:00 PM at the Washington Monument; guests will then be escorted to the orientation and security line and proceed with the self-guided portion of the tour.

What if I'm late?

If they have walk-up passengers, they will be given a ticket and will be boarded at this time.

They reserve the right to substitute their small-capacity tour buses with larger 55-passenger buses, depending upon demand and their tour schedule. The 55-passenger buses have bathrooms on board for your convenience.

It depends on the stop. Your tour guide will tell you the planned amount of time for each stop. USA Guided Tours has allowed enough time at every stop for you to walk around and take plenty of pictures.

What should I bring?

USA Guided Tours' buses and vans do not have storage for accommodating carry-on bags. They ask that you only bring purses, briefcases, or backpacks for your tour. Please note that USA Guided Tours reserves the right to inspect any bags, book bags, briefcases, or backpacks you carry.

There is light walking involved during stops at the landmarks. Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes during this trip.

Yes, this tour is family-friendly and appropriate for all ages. Children under 3 years old ride for free if they sit in their parent's lap during the tour. You may purchase a child's ticket if you would rather have a separate seat for your infant.
