The hours of operation for the VIP Skywalk Express are 6:30 AM, 9:15 AM, and 11:30 AM.

Passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in. Passengers exceeding 299lbs (135.91kg / 21.36 stone) will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat. This fee is based on the product and ranges from $50 to $200.
What should I bring?
Bring your I.D. All passengers booked on a tour must have government-issued forms of identification. Note: Cameras are not allowed on the Skywalk, but you are allowed to bring one.
What should I wear?
Layered clothing is recommended through the months of March to September, and winter clothing should be worn from October to mid-March. Wear sensible shoes. The ground at the Grand Canyon is rough, rocky and uneven. It is important to wear sturdy, toe-covering shoes that can handle rough terrain. Sneakers or hiking boots are highly recommended.

There are roundtrip transfers available from most Las Vegas hotels. You must call the helicopter company after your reservation to set up transportation.
Are stroller/wheelchair/locker/etc. rentals available?
Is the attraction/tour/activity wheelchair accessible?
Yes. If assistance is required in boarding and disembarking, passengers must provide a companion or attendant to do so. Staff is permitted to assist only in case of emergency. Passenger must be able to use helicopter seat. Only collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be stowed onboard due to space limitations. Guests will be notified at the time of check-in if space limitations will prevent their accessibility equipment from being brought onboard. This is an air-only tour with no landing at the canyon. Should your equipment need to be left at the terminal, it will be stored safely and waiting for you upon landing. The Skywalk Bridge is fully accessible, including ramps and a paved walkway. Wheelchairs are permitted atop the glass bridge. Please contact the company reservations department or ask at the time of booking for more information about accessible hotel-to-terminal transportation accommodations.
Can I bring my camera?
Cameras and phones are allowed and encouraged, but please be aware that the use of "selfie sticks" and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft. Please note that cameras are not allowed on the Skywalk.
How long is the tour?
The tour duration is 5.5 hours. The flight duration is 70 minutes. The time spent at the canyon is 45-60 minutes.
