Fantastic insider Informations throughout the tour. Loretta was very entertaining. The guided tour is not possible in the pedestal section on liberty island And on Ellis Island Museum. There the rangers are in charge. But our guide Loretta even finished the tour with when it started tor rain. Until the end. Great!

Excellent value for the money. Great views and great tour guides. Leanne has got to be THE most knowledgeable New Yorker out there. She kept us on time and I left feeling like we knew a little bit more than everyone else. Leanne made the trip memorable for a first time NYc visit.

"Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Experience!!!"

We couldn’t have asked for a better tour company for our first time in the big apple. When we were looking to book our tour of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, the plethora of tour companies in New York was very overwhelming with each one offering different things. We decided to book with Attractions4us and loved every second of our experience. Upon arriving in New York City, we arrived in the middle of a snowstorm, the streets were wet, slushy, and dirty. We were scheduled for an early morning tour with Leanne. To our dismay, 20 minutes before our tour was scheduled to begin we experienced unexpected construction, a gps malfunction that put us on the other side of manhattan, and an unexpected restroom trip which resulted in us being 25 minutes late for our tour. We arrived to the meet up spot thinking the tour had started and we had been forgotten but Leanne was there waiting for us. The tour company was willing to ensure that we got the experience we paid for. There are tour guides and then there is Leanne! One of the best parts of the tour was Leanne, her background in acting and her strong story telling ability created for us an experience that will stay with us always. She has a way of immersing you into the history of the two islands and using her extensive knowledge of the islands and scenery created for us some amazing photo opportunities. If you are considering booking a tour company, attractions4us is the way to go. They take the time to answer every question all while making you feel like a VIP.

I have travelled to to many cities and standardly use guided services. I had Bonnie as a guide for the walking tour. She is so Knowledgeable and exceed my expectations. We got to go to the observation deck inside the Statue. What I loved the most was the knowledge of information she had. We felt like VIP especially the way we went on the left reserve line and cut all the people. We save hours of waiting time to go through security. I would recommend this tour if you are visiting NYC and want to see the Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island. Don't try it alone, there is so much information.
