"The pilot was a treat!"

We were lucky to have a pilot that took us up to 12 000 feet...AMAZING!!! He knew what he was doing and I never felt scared or unsafe. The landing was spectacular!! A gentle soft almost slow motion landing. I will definitely recommend this!!! The only concern I had was the car we were transported in. It almost fell apart. Due to a broken step, I slipped and fell out of the bus at our first stop. I agree it must have looked hilarious but I did actually hurt myself. So Vegas Baloon Rides - fix your transportation vehicles!!!

This is my 2nd Hot air balloon ride (1st with this company). We enjoyed this so much. Our pilot was so funny and responsible about our safety. The other part of the crew not so much. They looked like they just rolled out of bed and was less than thrilled and his driving was very scary. Overall I do recommend this company and we had a fantastic time.

"Uniquely different experience "

Had a fantastic balloon flight, Mike our pilot was fantastic, funny but experienced and reassuring. Please be aware that balloons are not allowed to fly over the strip or the Grand Canyon so if you are expecting views of either you will be disappointed. We climbed to 11,500 ft which was pretty amazing and the views were incredible. You will travel an hour to the take off point and everyone is encouraged to help pack the balloon up afterwards which was all good fun.

"Very Disappointed"

Unfortunately, we did not see the strip at all...even though that was what we were promised. Instead, they took us to Pahrump, NV...and hour and 15 minutes away (one way) and it was not scenic at all. Very misleading and false advertising.

"Amazing"

Where do I start amazing just doesn’t capture the true experience. We experience the beginning process of the balloon being aired up. Which if you chose you can assist in this process. Once it was aired up and everyone jumped in the basket it was up up and away. Insane how these balloons maneuver up down and side to side. It was a sunrise ride where we crested the red rock canyon walls only to drop to the floor of the Canyon. We hovered so close to the ground u could reach out an touch it. Jonathan was our pilot an incredible guy and very entertaining. Yeah an awesome pilot as well lol my bad Jonathan. Once our maiden voyage was complete we landed where again if you wanted to experience the breakdown of this massive balloon you were welcome to help. After it was down n rolled up we had a champagne toast and a brief history on the hot air balloon. Jonathan told the story of the hot air balloon which was quite interesting. The Vegas balloon ride was amazing and I highly recommend anyone to experience it with this crew. Thank you Jonathan for and interesting, amazing and very entertaining experience that my wife and I enjoyed.
