Our resort offers 1, 2 & 3 bedroom condos with full kitchen, washer & dryer, and 2 full baths. All of our condos are fully furnished and offer you a place to call home. Tuscana is located only 4 miles from Disney World, with easy access to all other parks. Our beautiful pool area offers the perfect place to relax under the Florida Sun. Our heated pool is open year round with cabanas lining the pool area. We also have a jacuzzi, a children's pool with its own fountain, and a poolside bar & tavern. After soaking up enough Florida sun, step inside and relax in our 35-seat private movie theater or enjoy our fitness center.

All reservations for less than 5 nights are subject to a short stay cleaning fee: $68 plus taxes for a 1BR or 2BR and $80 plus taxes for a 3BR. This fee is collected upon check-in. For the security deposit, guests may choose a $300 hold on a major credit card that will be released after check-out or a $39 non-refundable Property Protection Fee.

Please request cribs (Pack n Play) prior to arrival. The cost is $5/night + tax.

A daily Amenity Fee of $21.56 (plus 7% Florida Sales Tax & 6% Osceola County Tax) will be imposed and will be collected directly from the guest upon check in. Starting January 1, 2020, the daily amenity fee will increase to $23 plus tax ($26.11, nightly).

Pet Policy:
• Only domesticated dogs and/or cats that weigh 30 lbs. or less are permitted to stay in the room.
• There is a maximum of (2) pets allowed per room.
• There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 for (Tuscana Resort) and $350.00 for (The Fountains) per stay due at check-in. Additional fees will apply if the pet causes any damages to the room.

We stayed for a week in unit 5208 and the only negative thing I can say is that the floors are thin. We heard every step the people made in the unit above us. Luckily we were so tired from our days of adventure (Disney, Universal, NASA) that we hardly noticed. The unit was clean and the staff were excellent. Could use a chin up bar in the gym though. The pool is top notch and location was perfect. No tolls required going to and from the parks. We would stay again.

Stayed here with my family the week of December 27 to January 3 2020. So many things wrong here I will just list them. Room not ready even after check in time. Broken furniture in our room, never repaired Phone not working and was never repaired No bath towels till end of second day there. No pillow cases for the week, was told there was a shortage Dirty room from previous guest, No daily cleaning although they charge you a cleaning fee on your credit card without our knowledge. No towels available when we went to the pool, was told there were no more. Only one role of toilet paper, had to buy our own. No paper towel, had to buy our own No garbage bags provided other than the one bag in the container. Had to bring your own garbage out to the back bins that were overflowing. Property was littered and employees would just walk by. Staff did not appear to be happy to be working here. Was charged a daily resort fee to our card that we were not told about. Even with the cleaning fee and resort fee our card was charged an additional $79. U.S. that could not be explained and we were told before check out that it would be removed and our receipt showed it as a credit, but when we got home we checked with Visa and we were charged the full amount. Now waiting 15 working days to start complaint with Visa.. So many other guest were at reception making complaints so I knew it wasn't just us being unlucky but the problems here are wide spread. Now reading the negative reviews and see the same complaints. This was a package deal through Sunwing but they have not yet responded to our complaint.

First of all this was our third stay here, so we did enjoy in the past. The unit we were assigned to this time needed a lot of work. The coffee table was broken and was in the dining room and the stuffing was coming out of the couch. We also had an issue with an overcharge and no one before we left to go home could resolve it. Finally we received a phone call from the General Manager who promised to call back but that was a month and a half ago and not a word. Visitors beware, make sure you ask for a copy of the forms you sign when you register. We were promised that certain fee was waived and the forms we signed reflected that, hence the overcharge. Never again!!

We rented a condo on Airbnb at Tuscana Resort and this has been our best Accomodations ever. We stayed here one full week and enjoyed our three bedroom and two bathroom luxury condo. We are definitely coming back to this place. The Disney parks are within 10 minutes from here. Many restaurants and shops near this place as well. All of my family loved this place.

We have stayed here 3 times in 4 years and have seen a decline in the condition of the rooms. This time (Nov 2019) we stayed in a 2 bedroom and found the tiles popping up from the shower floor - we had to wear flip flops to take showers. The soap holder in the shower doesn't hold anything as it now tilts forward (so soap slides off!). Other shower tub kept clogging. Bed sheets very worn. Mold in both bathrooms. Water pressure not great (was better in previous visits). TV streaming service is horrible - had to reset with password every time we used the TV and s-l-o-w. Maybe consider using the resort fees to up date the rooms. We told the front desk upon our departure of the issues so the next guest doesn't have the same loose tiles.

Frequently Asked Questions about Tuscana Resort

Tuscana Resort is a self-catering resort. What does this mean?
Self-catering means there is no daily housekeeping. The condo is cleaned before the guest arrives and then after the guest’s departure. The condo is equipped with a starting kit which consists of toiletries, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid for the first day. After the starter kit runs out, each guest is responsible for purchasing all other supplies they will be using during their stay.

Where can I buy extra supplies after the start kit runs out?
There is a Publix supermarket and a Walgreens pharmacy within half a mile from the resort for all the supplies you may need.

Does the resort offer concierge services?
Yes. Guests can book tickets, tours, and other activities through our on-site concierge service.

Are smoking villas or rooms available?
No. All of our rooms are non-smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke in the public outdoors areas and in the screened-in patios in the condos. Guests that smoke in the condos are charged a smoking fee to cover special cleaning.

What are the hours of operation for the pool?
The regular pool hours are 8:00 am - 10:00 pm every day. Our pool is seasonally heated. The pool is open all year round. Please keep in mind, if the outside temperature drops below 55°F the pool temperature will drop.

Is the resort pet-friendly?
We welcome pets at Tuscana Resort. There is a maximum of two pets per unit and the weight limit is 25 lbs. There is a one-time, non-refundable $250 pet fee due at check-in.

Are cribs available for rent?
We offer pack and plays for rent at a nightly cost of $5 plus tax. Please note your request for a crib in the “special needs” box when making your reservation.
