Our resort offers 1, 2 & 3 bedroom condos with full kitchen, washer & dryer, and 2 full baths. All of our condos are fully furnished and offer you a place to call home. Tuscana is located only 4 miles from Disney World, with easy access to all other parks. Our beautiful pool area offers the perfect place to relax under the Florida Sun. Our heated pool is open year round with cabanas lining the pool area. We also have a jacuzzi, a children's pool with its own fountain, and a poolside bar & tavern. After soaking up enough Florida sun, step inside and relax in our 35-seat private movie theater or enjoy our fitness center.

All reservations for less than 5 nights are subject to a short stay cleaning fee: $68 plus taxes for a 1BR or 2BR and $80 plus taxes for a 3BR. This fee is collected upon check-in. For the security deposit, guests may choose a $300 hold on a major credit card that will be released after check-out or a $39 non-refundable Property Protection Fee.

Please request cribs (Pack n Play) prior to arrival. The cost is $5/night + tax.

A daily Amenity Fee of $21.56 (plus 7% Florida Sales Tax & 6% Osceola County Tax) will be imposed and will be collected directly from the guest upon check in.

Pet Policy:
• Only domesticated dogs and/or cats that weigh 30 lbs. or less are permitted to stay in the room.
• There is a maximum of (2) pets allowed per room.
• There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $250.00 for (Tuscana Resort) and $350.00 for (The Fountains) per stay due at check-in. Additional fees will apply if the pet causes any damages to the room.

"Bad check-in experience"

We arrived in Orlando early morning on Nov. 4th. We thought we would take a chance and find out if we could get early check-in. When we arrived at the resort around noon, they had a room ready for us (so they said). We had booked a one-bedroom suite. They put us in a two-bedroom, which wasn't so bad, but the room was not ready. Beds were unmade, there was garbage everywhere and towels on the floor. We went back to the front desk and were given an apology and told that they would send housekeeping immediately. They also told us that there were no 1 bedrooms available so they upgraded us. They also charged us a one-time housekeeping fee that was only supposed to for 2 bedrooms and up. We didn't think that we should be charged because we booked 1 bedroom and they upgraded us. We were told that they would have to talk to the manager about that. Anyway, went out for a couple hours to let them clean the room, but when we came back it still wasn't clean. I called again and was told that housekeeping said that they had cleaned the room. Really?!? I was sitting in the dirty room and they were telling me this!! (Not impressed) Housekeeping showed up while we were there but at that point we were offered a different room. This ended up being a 3 bedroom for 2 people. Too much space for 2 people, but they did end up waiving the housekeeping fee. The room was very nice and we ended up enjoying the week there, but we were disappointed that we didn't get follow up call confirming that the room was okay and that we were comfortable. Although it was very clean and the pool area was very nice, we weren't impressed with the Customer Service.

Like a number of others have posted we Checked out and came home 27th August then on 3rd October we had a charge for $1073 which is over £800 - I called the resort directly, they fobbed me off (Lena - disgusting attitude) put me through to the corporate office which she knew full well was closed, so I called her back and she hung up on me claiming "I didn't make the charge". Avoid these guys they're crooks - if you've ever stayed here cancel your credit cards immediately if they've not already scammed you.

My family & I would like to thank Tuscana resorts for an amazing Staycation trip. I personally would like to thank staff member Ms. Stephanie for her professionalism and outstanding customer service skills. She took care of our Reservations and got us the best rate in town! Special thanks to Ms. Abby. She made the check in process very fast and smooth. Also, Ms. Nicole made sure we had the items we needed in our room w/o a long wait time. If I could give this resort a zero I absolutely would. I've vacationed to the Tuscana 2 times before but I guess 3rd time is the charm. Sheets and couches were stained, fridge and freezer were broken, overhead lights were out, no on call maintenance at night, toilets barely flushed, and to put the cherry on top - our key card reader on our door was taped on with electrical tape and we were locked out at midnight after visiting the parks and the "security" guard gave attitude while he had to break into our unit. His response to us asking what the protocol is if he is unable to get in and was no answer. I'm a bit shocked at our experience and the lack of professionalism.

Well to cut a long story short, we thought the place was 'okay' the pool was nice and it is relatively quiet and there is only a bar service the weekend... Quite close to Disney but that is about the best... Unfortunately after arriving home in the U.K from a 14 night stay in September, we have since found out this complex has tried to take £811 off my husband's registered card, (you have to give them a credit card when you arrive where they put an amount on and refund back to you after you leave which was about £200). We have had the fraud squad on the phone and have had all payments reversed and they are putting in a fraud complaint about this hotel. The best of it is we are not even at the hotel and the holiday alone did not even cost that much - absolutely shocking - be aware that this hotel keeps your card details and even with you not being there, takes money off your account (or tries too) - thankfully capital one fraud squad are on the ball. Please note the condo was left as it was when we arrived no breakages at all.

Frequently Asked Questions about Tuscana Resort

Tuscana Resort is a self-catering resort. What does this mean?
Self-catering means there is no daily housekeeping. The condo is cleaned before the guest arrives and then after the guest’s departure. The condo is equipped with a starting kit which consists of toiletries, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid for the first day. After the starter kit runs out, each guest is responsible for purchasing all other supplies they will be using during their stay.

Where can I buy extra supplies after the start kit runs out?
There is a Publix supermarket and a Walgreens pharmacy within half a mile from the resort for all the supplies you may need.

Does the resort offer concierge services?
Yes. Guests can book tickets, tours, and other activities through our on-site concierge service.

Are smoking villas or rooms available?
No. All of our rooms are non-smoking. Guests are allowed to smoke in the public outdoors areas and in the screened-in patios in the condos. Guests that smoke in the condos are charged a smoking fee to cover special cleaning.

What are the hours of operation for the pool?
The regular pool hours are 8:00 am - 10:00 pm every day. Our pool is seasonally heated. The pool is open all year round. Please keep in mind, if the outside temperature drops below 55°F the pool temperature will drop.

Is the resort pet-friendly?
We welcome pets at Tuscana Resort. There is a maximum of two pets per unit and the weight limit is 25 lbs. There is a one-time, non-refundable $250 pet fee due at check-in.

Are cribs available for rent?
We offer pack and plays for rent at a nightly cost of $5 plus tax. Please note your request for a crib in the “special needs” box when making your reservation.
